I had a fantastic experience with both Walter and everyone at the dealership. I drove 4 hours to buy this car. The previous 2 attempts I made to purchase a car failed but they were both at different dealerships and they wouldn't hold the car for my arrival, Walter Brumskine made sure it would be there for me because he cared and didn't want me to waste a trip or take a chance getting a ticket or have an accident rushing. Everyone at the dealership made me feel welcomed and were all friendly, they offered me beverages and snacks while my paperwork was being prepared. The process of financing was very clear and easy, they even had options I was unaware of. Now I'm driving and loving my Prius Prime and with the additional coverage, I feel relaxed and worry free should it need anything. I can't thank the staff enough for giving me superior treatment! It was well worth the 4 hour trip, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from J.B.A. Chevrolet again!! They're an amazing team of people who will treat you right!!
