However, Dave had the vehicle checked out and advised it did needed a new shifter. He advised us of the estimated time for repairs and also contacted Ally about possible coverage. David as always kept us updated all the way through the process.

I can't say enough about the staff at Fitz in Hagerstown. I am single mother of two, and I don't have the financial support or help that some do from other. The staff at Fitz Chevy in Hagerstown, went above and beyond to make sure I drove away in a safe and reliable vehicle for my children and I. It has been a very stressful week dealing with dealerships. From rude comments, to no empathy, to "this is business only" type of attitude from "OURISMAN CHEVY". The staff at Fitzgerald Chevy in Hagerstown did not treat us this way. They were all so kind, understanding, and was able to get me exactly what I was looking for. We recently purchased a new Chevy Equinox EV from Sport Chevrolet, and it was an excellent experience. Sport was actually the fifth dealership we visited, since most others didn’t have the trim we wanted without unnecessary add-on packages. Two dealerships closer to our home also fell short on customer service, so we drove to Silver Spring in search of better options. We found both the right car and great service at Sport. Esmeralda was outstanding throughout the process, working with my husband the day before. The next evening, Essie, Gus, and the team even stayed past closing to help us complete the purchase before the tax credit expired. Truly above and beyond! I would recommend Sport in a heartbeat, and the next time we are looking to purchase a car, we’re going back to Sport!

In addition, she was patient and understanding when it came to informing me about all of the car's features once the purchase was made. I left the dealership feeling prepared to fully enjoy the numerous 'bells and whistles' that the vehicle offers.
