Purchased a Chrysler Pacifica from Zimmer in late 2019; today during a blizzard and an unfortunate family medical emergency the battery gave out; explained the predicament I was in with having young kids and the medical emergency being 3 hours away where I’m from which would’ve left my wife and young twins without a car and they executed flawlessly to get our vehicle running again within a short window of time.
