Purchasing a new Mercedes 450 E from Mercedes Benz of Ft Mitchell was the best car buying experience we have ever had. He responded immediately to us when we requested additional information and kept us updated on the car status. He is no doubt the best in sales I’ve ever worked with. Todd also was involved and called going over things in detail which was also very helpful and so knowledgeable. We did visit other Mercedes dealerships but we felt that Mercedes at Fort Mitchell was the most knowledgeable and professional. This was our first Mercedes buying experience so we wanted to choose very wisely where we bought it at. The car was for my wife’s birthday and when we arrived at the dealership Alex took us both to the car location. He had it covered with a bow and when Alex unveiled it my wife was so excited. She was blown away with what she was looking at. It was a new Mercedes 450E. He went over the car with her in detail and then Noah came out to the car and spent an extended amount of time going through all functions of the vehicle. In our opinions when it comes to a new car purchase it doesn’t get and better than this. The financial team was also very professional and so well organized going over the paper work making it a smooth process. When we were ready to drive away in the new Mercedes we both felt very comfortable and we understood how all the electronics worked. Then to top it off, Alex followed back up today ( Saturday) Thank you Mercedes Benz at Fort Mitchell for making it my wife’s best birthday ever and we can’t express enough this nice you were to us!!!
