I had to wait a week and a half to obtain a service appointment for a check engine light.
I was scheduled by Shane for service on a vehicle we no longer own, as it was totaled. When I discovered this, I was told it is my responsibility to tell the dealership the correct vehicle, as there is no way to remove or flag the unused vehicle from our record.
I had to wait 20 minutes to check in on a prescheduled appointment. I was on crutches and no one offered me a seat!
The service area is confusing which check in station to go to, as that is not made clear.
The shuttle service driver was very pleasant and efficient. I did not have to wait long for a ride to my destination.
