brought my Yukon Denali in for several issues, the most concerning of which was the intermittent starting/misfire problem. That issue was basically ignored. Despite describing repeated warm-restart shaking and even a flashing CEL, the service team only checked for stored codes and then dismissed it as "carbon buildup," which doesn't match the symptoms and felt like a way to get me out the door. After multiple diagnostic fees, I ended up paying about $550 for nothing more than a tire rotation, a muffler clip, being told to put the vehicle in 2WD instead of Auto, and a vague carbon buildup explanation. None of this addressed the biggest actual problem I came in for and still experienced today. More
