Sabina at Woody Buick GMC was amazing she took her time with me listened to what I wanted and found the best package and explained every detail of my car my test drive with her was awesome as we finished up even though it was dark outside upon my leaving she still took her time showing me more features of the car and my phone actually went dead I needed my gps she said don’t worry pulled up another wonderful feature that guided me home with turn by turn directions no phone need. I highly recommend Woody & Sabrina to anyone looking for a car the service is top notch and Sabrina is a Gem.

I called Fox Valley and spoke with Mike Hampel on a late Saturday morning. Said I would be there in a little over an hour and told him the 2015 Lexus 350 I was interested in. I arrived and Mike had the vehicle ready at the front door and took it for a test drive around the area. I checked out the rest of the car, was pleased with the vehicle. Between Mike, the manager and I we hashed out the figures back and fourth, reached an agreement and I had purchased the car. Dropped off the signed paperwork (including my wife's signatures, and picked up the car Thursday night. Clean car, excellent running conditional and would totally recommend working with Mike and the rest of the staff. As I write this I feel good about the car I got for the money I spent and dealing with who I dealt with at the dealership made this a very comfortable experience, in purchasing a nice used car from them. 9 1/2 out of 10. (I don't give out 10's ever).

Trevor looked up an extra rebate and even found a great interest rate for the time frame I wanted. There was no pressure and I felt heard and taken care of. I drove from Chicago for the free lifetime power train warranty but got so much more! The best experience buying a car I’ve had in 30 years.

Unwilling to be competitive with 1) preapproved financing and 2) CarMax/Carvana offers on trade-in (they would only match the lowest offers). Offers provided were not transparent on APR or whether rebates discussed were included. When I asked if there was anything else they could do to be competitive, they said no - which was fine. But after I shook hands and began to head to the door, within 2 steps I heard the individual (which I'll not call out here) loudly crumple the offer. It felt pointed and very unprofessional and the sole reason I've knocked off three stars. I'll save my time and cross this dealership off the list for any future purchases.

I purchased a new Sierra with the trade of my Jeep. My salesman was Kyle Lopez and the sales GM Luke Sillar joined once it was time to crunch numbers. Both were great to work with, both knew the product and were able to answer all my questions. I had been looking for about 2 months so I was very familiar with the truck trims and prices as well as the value of my Jeep I traded. I am very satisfied with the final price of the truck I purchased, I also got a fair trade value for my Jeep. Both Kyle and Luke worked to cover every detail and did everything they could to make the process quick and simple. They were both honest and straightforward. As a side note, days after after the sale I returned to have some extras done by service, Kyle personally arranged the appointment and work to be done and Luke even checked in to make sure I was still happy with everything. In short, these guys were personable, professional, knowledgeable and were focused on making sure I was satisfied to the best of their ability. A tip of the hat to D'Arcy, good employees and good leadership make a huge difference! They have earned my business.
