I AM Very dissatisfied. The truck still pulls to the left. that was the main reason I brought it in for service. you had the truck 5 days! It took 5 days to flash the brake The truck still pulls to the left. that was the main reason I brought it in for service. you had the truck 5 days! It took 5 days to flash the brake controller, align the front end, rotate a tire, put a thermometer in the air vent and get a reading, it's still not very cold A.C. and you had the truck for 5 days and put 135miles on it. You dealership drove it more than me so far, when I dropped the truck off it had 406 miles on it, when i got it back 535 miles???? what did you do go shopping, drop off the kids, take a trip? some one hade to put fuel in it. I would like to know why it was driven so much! that's not a test drive... that's joy riding.... The only thing that got resolved was the now the brakes work. not only am I upset and disappointed, i'm angry as well.. I was hoping to use you dealership for service and repairs: but I stick with my local mechanic instead. They do the work on time, complete the job. And don't spend over 3 h.r.s driving around trying to figure out what wrong... More

Well here’s the review that you guys wanted… I purchased a 2019 ford expedition from them 2 weeks ago. Not one day later did the whole heating pump assembly go out causing my car to overheat going to Easter dinner. Not only did they blow us off but we know they knew about the damage before selling. It was leaking coolant all over the place. They are a scummy dealership with even worse workers, very lazy and like to toss you around. They gloat about being a family dealership and an upstanding and fair dealership, where was any of this???? Took hours to buy the car, and their excuse for not paying up is that we didn't bring it to them. I'm sorry are you guys stupid, it was Easter sunday smooth brains. Why would we tow the car to a mechanic that either doesn't know what he is doing or he lied. Seems like the other comments for service speak for themselves. Never buy from here, do not service here, don't do your business with them. Saved for 5 years just for them to screw me. Thank the finance guy for that and there geriatric owner, scummy people over there. Mo the salesman was very nice, if I were him I'd look elsewhere. This was absolutely ridiculous.. More
