We were on our way to Ohio from North Dakota when our vehicle died on the highway.. we were towed to this dealership.. The staff when we got there.. Nate was super helpful and understood that this was a bad day for us. They thought it was something simple.. it was not.. The whole engine had blown. They helped us get into a rental and get us on our way to Ohio. The got an engine and replaced it in a week and we were able to pick our vehicle up on the way back thru to North Dakota. We found out later that the engine was on back order and they had found another engine at another dealership and went and got it and put it in ours. We were updated thru text messages.. This was a stressfull time as we were on vacation far from home and far from our destination. I called our dealership back in North Dakota and they told me if it happened here it would take 2-3 months to get my vehicle back. We are so incredibly lucky that the stars aligned and we ended up where we did. I cannot say enough about Nate and even though I dont know his name the technican that dropped all his other jobs to get our car done. This vehicle is my baby and probably the last vehicle i will ever buy so it means the world to me that they got this all done. Words cant express how grateful and lucky we were. As someone who had worked in the industry for many years, buying any newer vehicle can be frustrating. Bruno Borda, and Jace Howell made every effort to change that. The pricing on the GMC was fair, and they honored everything we agreed on. The finance process was easy, and Jace explained all the options available for an extended service contract. Selling new and used vehicles is a tough job, and I really respect the job they did at Cardinal Buick GMC

This was the first time I have been in a dealership other than a Ford dealer in 63 years. I have to say our experience at D'Arcy Buick GMC was exceptional! In January we bought a 2021 Ford Edge ST for a great deal. Herman Vasquez our salesman and Luke Sillar, General Sales Manager were excellent and offered to have some damage repaired before picking up the car. Unfortunately the repairs caused some wire harness damage in the process. Luke not only got it fixed but provided a brand new Buick as a loner during the repair process. I strongly recommend D'Arcy Buick GMC and especially Herman and Luke. Thank you gentleman!

We shopped all over but came back to Max Dye. We found that other car dealerships lure you in with great internet prices but once you are there, it does not pan out so well. The experience has always been great from the sales to the service. The sales department is very upfront with a good balance of not being too pushy but very knowledge and willing to answer all your questions. We enjoyed working with Chad. He spent a great deal of time making sure we were well oriented with our new purchase. The other great part of purchasing from Max Dye is having such an efficient, helpful service department. Steve has always taken great care of us. The owners are also very friendly, helpful and personable.

I was driving from Colorado to Michigan yesterday via I-80 when my 2020 GMC 2500 AT4 lost power and several warning lights came on. I found Greenway and limped the truck there. Kathy and Jeff took excellent care of me (and my truck). They were able to get my truck diagnosed immediately (faulty injector and elect connector), repaired under warranty, and I was out the door and back on the road within 3 hours. Amazing customer service and repair! I just wish I lived closer to take my truck there for regular servicing!

Buyer Beware! Run From This Dealer I made the mistake of buying a used car online from this dealer. In my opinion they lied about the condition, doing any type of inspection, and have not lived up to any of their promises in 6 months, not a single offer of help. The car they sold me didn’t even have working seatbelts in all seats. I think this may even be illegal to sell a car like that. Their answer to me was that I should call some junkyards to find replacement seatbelts. The rear brake light was not working, they told me to buy a new one and they would reimburse me, to date they have not. I asked if the car had rust, I was told many times no, the car in fact has rust. The rear doors leak when it rains. The gear shifter is so loose it feels like it will fall off, they told me this is normal. And of course, the air conditioning didn’t work. These are just the major problems they refuse to address. Jim Kroll, General Manager has said the problems would be addressed but none of them ever have been. I am not alone, don’t take my word for it, see other people who have had the same experience.
