I got the extra warranty plan and the man who explained it to me said that it was transferrable, but when I read it through, it said it was not transferable, so I question that statement. I'm not sure what his name was, but I signed a lot of papers with him. More

I bought a new 2026 GMC Canyon from Barker Motor Co and a few days later found 3 paint defects. That was obviously very disappointing and even after it was repainted I was not satisfied. Who wants a brand ne few days later found 3 paint defects. That was obviously very disappointing and even after it was repainted I was not satisfied. Who wants a brand new truck with 300 miles that has to be repainted. I contacted GM customer satisfaction several times and they were understanding but unwilling to help. They suggested that I go back to Barker for resolution. I did go back and Misty (general sales manager) and Andy (owner and CEO) came thru for me in a BIG way. They found another truck almost exactly like my original truck and I will be trading for it with almost no cost to me. I am still disappointed with GM's response to my problem but Barker Motor Co made me a HAPPY CUSTOMER! Thank you Barker. 5 stars! More
