My car was hit and totaled, so I needed a good, new car fast. I know exactly what I want in a car, so I am picky, and not usually willing to budge. I sometimes hate car shopping because a lot of dealerships are pushy and are trying to convince to get something you don't want. I found a great car online and sent a message, and Rick Ridings responded the very next day. I was comforted to know that they don't sell vehicles that have been in accidents, and that they inspect vehicles very carefully. Their good community reputation also gave me confidence that I would have a good experience. My agent, Kevin Briggs, was very helpful. I was in another state, and he did everything possible to make sure I knew exactly what I was buying. He was honest, and he did not push me or try to steer me in certain directions like other salesmen do. I knew he would have my best interests in mind. The quality of the vehicle with the price of it was a rare find and I'm so glad I found it! I highly recommend Rick Ridings and Kevin Briggs.

This was my sixth car from Heller in the past 2 years. I decided this time around to lease instead of buy. This would be my first time leasing and my go-to sales guy, Jody, was very helpful in guiding me along the way. This whole process was done at a distance mind you since I live 4 hours away. Over the course of a week Jody kept in constant contact with me and answering any questions I had along the way. Cody in finance was also very helpful and quick to answer my questions which I greatly appreciated. Considering everything that had to get done the process was over before I knew it and I was driving my new truck. I know Heller is 4 hours away but it doesnt matter to me because Heller is one of the few dealerships I trust. They dont play games like a lot of other dealerships. A+++ to Heller and I look forward to my next lease/purchase with them in the future.
