They advised on how to handle our recurring on again/off again non-flashing "Check Engine" light. Finally, we were able to bring the car in while it was on. Initial scan by the service advisor indicated failed oxygen sensor. Left it overnight to be fully diagnosed and serviced, indicating we would need the car for the following day. We live about a 1/2 mile from the dealership, so it was just an easy walk home. Good communication (phone, text. email) the next morning from the advisor about what needed to be done and what was also recommended to be done, and the price. Gave the OK and the work was done by mid-afternoon. Picked the car up around 6pm, and they had already applied the Costco 15% discount (which helps take the sting out). We have made all of our recent car purchases at this dealership (formerly Sullivan Buick) and had them perform all of our maintenance as well. We have complete trust that their mechanics are top-notch.

Overall my experience was pleasant, even though this is not my 1st purchase it still is a big decision in my life. Its hard not to feel rushed through the process as this is an everyday thing with the dealerships. As a consumer, I felt a little uneasy to what was discussed during the initial consultation but it all worked out in the end. When purchasing used there are so many unknowns and even with a certified car especially with the warranty time was not reflected as discussed and I was told don't worry its in there which didn't set my mind at ease. Like I said it all worked out in the end my feedback is again overall everything went well, all things promised came to surface it was just a journey.

After having had a disappointing experience at a different car dealer, we headed to Napleton with low expectations. Our salesman Justin greeted us and showed us to a car we requested to see. He could not have been more helpful and personable. It ended up being a rather enjoyable experience. He was knowledgeable and very kind. He put no pressure on us whatsoever and answered all of our questions with ease. We transitioned to the financial office to meet with Alex. Although it's always painful to spend large amounts of money, the transaction went smoothly. It was evident Alex was knowledgeable and fair. Both gentlemen also stayed an hour past closing time to help us get the deal done. It was a positive experience and I would definitely recommend buying a car from Justin. Next time I am in the market, I will definitely go back to him.
