They advised on how to handle our recurring on again/off again non-flashing "Check Engine" light. Finally, we were able to bring the car in while it was on. Initial scan by the service advisor indicated failed oxygen sensor. Left it overnight to be fully diagnosed and serviced, indicating we would need the car for the following day. We live about a 1/2 mile from the dealership, so it was just an easy walk home. Good communication (phone, text. email) the next morning from the advisor about what needed to be done and what was also recommended to be done, and the price. Gave the OK and the work was done by mid-afternoon. Picked the car up around 6pm, and they had already applied the Costco 15% discount (which helps take the sting out). We have made all of our recent car purchases at this dealership (formerly Sullivan Buick) and had them perform all of our maintenance as well. We have complete trust that their mechanics are top-notch.
