Absolutely the quickest and most stress-free vehicle purchase I have ever made! Everything went smoothly and the deal was processed as promised. Our salesperson, a young man named C.J., was knowledgeable and easily surpassed the service I’ve received at BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and other quality dealerships. He is an honest, no-nonsense, no pressure, type of guy and a great representation for Troncalli. I can’t say enough about this young man and the pleasant experience we had while purchasing our new car. Kudos to his parents who definitely raised him well. Wish I could give him more than 5 stars! The whole team was friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend and will undoubtedly return when we are in the market again for a vehicle. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if CJ is promoted to manager by then.

I came in for a routine maintenance on my 2021 Jeep grand Cherokee however the exchange coordinator was able to talk me into trading my jeep in to get a newer model. Everyone at this establishment was very professional and make sure I had everything I needed before leaving off the lot with my new vehicle. I tow a 2018 RAM Pickup behind my motorhome. I had a malfunction with my RV towing system which basically destroyed my brakes. I limped in around 2:30 on a Friday afternoon, when you know everyone is anxious to go home. Sean the service advisor got a technician to start in right away. He replaced the brakes on all 4 wheels and got me back on the road within 24 hours saving our cross country RV trip. Everyone went above and beyond.
