From the time I stepped into the dealership, until I left in my new vehicle, it was a pleasant buying experience. sales and management met me with a huge smile and welcomed me as if they knew me for quite some time. Was never treated like stranger. everyone was very kind, respectable and very informative. This team worked to make experience easy and pleasant. They were honest and up front with everything. They all treated me like family. Very encouraging and curtious. I can't say thank you enough. So, if you're in the market for a new vehicle, try North Savannah Dodge. You won't be disappointed.

Evening Mr. Brandon Maybe you will care, maybe you want. I purchased a used vehicle for my daughter in June 2024. Nyla was the sale person and I felt I could trust her in telling me the truth about the used vehicle after explaining my situation. I asked her several times during the process if the used vehicles are serviced/checked throughly for issues. The car she said was in great condition and the previous owner was a receptionist there. She said no car can be sold without approval from management after inspection. Two weeks after purchase, the breaks failed, the oil and engine light came on. Third week and the car started driving weird and after calling Five Star Service and given a response that they couldn’t get us in, we took it to the local Nissan dealership. They did a complete multi check inspection that showed life of coolant was elapsed, front brake pad needed replaced, brake fluid low, alignment needed and belt replaced. After leaving a message with Mr. Randy, the service manager at Five Star he called me on his cell phone; which was strange, but I later figured out that was because the calls are recorded on the business line and he was lying! He acted concerned and apologetic, and said to send him the invoice and they would make it right somehow, even if it was just half. After several calls and emails requesting a follow-up, he informed me via email I was not being reimbursed. I called the service department and they(an man) informed me they did not do a service check prior to the sale, and that it was a “buy as is”. I provided proof of what the sale rep informed me via text about the service check. She confirmed with me that they had in fact done a safety check inspection and oil change prior to purchase . All which was lies per CarFax and FiveStar maintenance department. No history of any service on the car since Sept 2023 per CarFax. All I wanted was reimbursement for repairs that should have been done prior if they had done an inspection, or I should have been given the choice to still purchase as is, without an inspection. All my vehicles have been new and I will never buy used again. I only went this route because it was for my teen daughter as a starter vehicle until she graduates college. Very disappointing treatment.

Jeep customer service verified that I was lied to and that the Jeep wasn't certified pre-owned. I paid a lot more $$ for what I was told was a certified pre-owned Jeep. The matter is under investigation by Jeep, Inc.. Beware this dealer and, in particular, Cameron and Graham. CS

We have nothing but great things to say about this dealership! We were traveling in Tennessee and our Ford truck wasn't pulling our camper through the mountains like we hoped. We had been looking for a larger diesel, but the prices were crazy! We saw an ad on Don Jackson's site and went to test drive a used truck. It had huge tires and was a bit more of a 'work' truck than we wanted. Our salesman, Horatio Vazquez, showed us a few other new trucks and we ended up leaving that night with one of them. We got to the dealership at 7pm (after a 2 1/2 hour drive from TN) and they did all the paperwork, detailed (and filled the fuel tank) and we were out the door with our new ride at 10pm. We thought for sure we would have to go back, but they got us taken care of right then. They are awesome! We love our new truck (2 days later and we have 570 miles on it already!) They have followed up to make sure we are happy and the truck is running well for us. Price can't be beat either!

(I'm pausing my voice saying slowly ....Please, Please, Please ) take note and heed to this post , especially the African American community. I have never in my years of living experience such racism , lies and disrespect. I'm on Social Security Disability, it took me 1 year 8 months to save $4000.00 and of course they said they needed it all for my down payment. I got the best vehicle I could find based on my credit. 2020 Enclave that had been sitting there for over 8 months at full price . This car I brought for my wife and 3 small children. The salesman had been driven the vehicle everyday for 2 weeks before I purchased it. I got to Countryside Jackson 1 hour before closing drove the vehicle pointed out a few things and asked for an extra key. Remember this part. Noticing they agreed to the key on paper but not the work to the vehicle on paper stating they would fix it by mouth. Deal done, they close . They give me a key , I walk out front to a dirty vehicle with zero gas. ( Saleman says come Monday we will get you gas and a wash. Monday come they tell me Wednesday. Wednesday come they say Friday.......finally I go there and fuss about the transmission slipping and back seat AC control panel not working . They finally they say leave it . They give me a loaner , dirty with no gas. Next day they call and say , bring the loaner back after I filled up and washed it, saying they got it sold. They give me another vehicle, again dirty no gas . They keep my vehicle over 1 month . I go check on it and it's not at Cronic like they agreed . I look for the vehicle location through Onstar and it's at a uncertified Gmc side mechanic shop . I tell Chuck Webb and he says " I Qoute , what the xxxx you care , it's getting fixed . I was furious, my wife get the car back and 1 in a half month later, while I'm attending a funeral in the loaner they provided . They asked my location I told them and I would return the vehicle afterwards Chuck Webb said no, then sent the Sherrif at me to a funeral to pick up the loaner. I went later to discuss the matter about the vehicle not being fixed and Chuck Webb stating and I quote " I don't give a xxxx get you a lawyer" . Mind you he quit and not for that reason. So I fast forward today . Jim Ellis fixed some problems that came out of my pocket. The warranty they sold me was a dud not covering anything but engine, power train NO ELECTRONIC etc. ...remember the key. They gave me the run around for 9 months to say they never agreed to a key . I called and told them I have the we owe documentation. At that time I was told the deal expired and now they can only pay 300 bucks . Well I paid the other 300 and change for the key out my social security check. Oh and the key they gave me was never cut for the door so I paid for that as well along with the rear AC control panel . Word I got is they treat all African American people this way as well as Low income whites. Don't shoot the messenger. I'm out of thousands dealing with this racist dealership. Stay away. Even the salesman that sold me the vehicle left. It's so much more to this story ....like they told me they fixed the brakes . No They turned the rotor and put the same used brake pads back on the vehicle. I should not need new brake pads now. And they claimed they lined up my vehicle. They didn't, this lie causesd my tires to be bad...... STAY AWAY PEOPLE, UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING AWAY YOUR MONEY!!!! From Rance D Benton

DON'T DO IT. 2022 Ram+BAD TRANSMISSION =NO RENTAL VEHICLE FOR 3 WEEKS.HAD THE VEHICLE 29 DAYS. TRUCK HAS BEEN IN THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR 3 WEEKS. I've been blown off by SERVICE Manager,General Manager and dealership Manager. All I've asked for is a rental vehicle till mine is fixed. The Customer Service after I purchased the vehicle is very disappointing. If you want to state on many Websites that you care about your customers DO IT. I Hope you don't treat other customers the way you treated me. WE HAVE NOW BEEN ASKED TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY TO GET A RENTAL VEHICLE. Guess we will wait. How can a dealership that has loaner vehicles not have rentals? Hope I get to rewrite this review on Monday. I would rather write happy reviews not bad ones.

Caught the service manager in a big lie about the body shop they contract that supposedly couldn’t fix the issue with my under warranty truck and was told to go somewhere else. When I approached the Co owner Jason about it he told me that I didn’t buy the truck from them so hit the road, before I could even finish my sentence he threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave immediately.
