I recently purchased a new RAM 1500 from Gwinnett CDJR and was extremely impressed with the purchasing process. It was truly a pleasure working with my salesman, Chris Daugherty. Chris made the process of purchasing a new vehicle go as smoothly as possible, from the first telephone call to signing the purchase agreement. This was a long-distance purchase conducted over the phone. In a matter of 2-3 telephone calls, we reached agreement on the sale price of the new vehicle and the trade-in value of my current vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership, Chris Daugherty made the entire process move quickly. Aron Wilson in finance was also outstanding in processing all the paperwork in record time. I would recommend Gwinnett CDJR and Chris Daugherty to anyone, no matter how far away you may live, because it’s worth the drive to Gwinnett CDJR. More

Very Frustrated! Purchased a 2021 Rubicon in September of 2025. I just picked it up from the dealership for 3rd time w/ engine issues & LESS THAN 5 miles home, I got Purchased a 2021 Rubicon in September of 2025. I just picked it up from the dealership for 3rd time w/ engine issues & LESS THAN 5 miles home, I got a message that the ENGINE IS HOT! Haven’t had the truck back for 10 minutes!!!! I’ve spoken w/ supervisors, I called right before picking it up about the recall of engine fires on the news, and they had it a week this time and 3 weeks the last time. This is VERY upsetting and concerning!!! More
