I Could not be happier with my recent purchase from CarMax Norcross. More specifically with Tabitha, my sales associate. She was outstanding in so many ways being able to show me the Vehicle on my time CarMax Norcross. More specifically with Tabitha, my sales associate. She was outstanding in so many ways being able to show me the Vehicle on my timeline and went above and beyond for the delivery of my new vehicle. In the past, I have done business with CarMax only for selling my vehicles at the Alpharetta location., this time was different. Tabitha took the time and explained to me the process for purchase of a vehicle through CarMax and made sure that I was satisfied, while answering all of my questions. She was thorough and insightful and more importantly, open and honest during the whole purchase process. The vehicle that I end up selecting was done specifically through Tabitha, to the point I did not even test drive the vehicle that I finally purchased, I trusted her from start to finish for the purchase of the 2025 Hyundai Palisade. I would 100% recommend her to any of my friends and family when they’re in the market for purchasing a vehicle. I look forward to doing business with her and CarMax in the future.
