Thank you off lease only for making my car buying experience a great one! Luis was so professional, prompt, and goal oriented. He had extensive knowledge about the vehicle I was interested in. This has by far been the BEST car buying experience I've had. I was practically in and out in bo time (who wants to spend a day at a car dealership?). I highly recommend off lease only and make sure you ask for Luis (he's the best)! I'm in love with my new Maserati.

I recently bought a 2003 Corvette there with 91k miles on it. Before I made a deal with him I made sure to actually have TWO mechanics look it over and knew the repairs I needed to make before I returned. Pat gave me the keys to the vehicle, put a dealer tag on it and told me to take my time with a test drive and to let someone look it over. After inspecting it I found a lot of MINOR things that had to be done and they are as follows; repair passenger side headlight motor, flush antifreeze/coolant and refill, repair passenger side visor clip, repair HUD (heads up display that displays on the windshield), repair tire pressure monitoring system and clear one service code that was the result of a recall that was already completed. There are also a couple of minor cosmetic issues in the interior and with the convertible top. They are 10 years old and it was driven so this is fully expected with a used car. Was I mad? Not in the least. Also, when I negotiated the deal I ended up having Pat promise to repair the headlight motor and he stood by his word and did so. Two of the other repairs I have already completed myself and it cost me a total of $0 in parts. Also a third will cost $0 but it will take me all day for the repair and I haven't had time to do it yet. The coolant flush and refill cost me $13 I think for the 50/50 Dextron coolant. The few things that are left to do will be relatively inexpensive and do not hinder the safety of the vehicle. I know full well when buying a used vehicle, there was a reason the previous owner got rid of it. This one runs beautifully which is shocking considering most Corvette owners drive the car how it was designed to be driven (hard). I waited for almost a month before posting this review to make sure nothing drastic happened. I've been driving it daily and will continue to do so I'm sure.

If you want a nice car, a car that you will get your money worth, a car that will not break down on you within the 1st few months NEVER GO TO BE APPROVED USED CARS!!! They sold 2 bad cars. I had to pay over $1,500 in repairs for the 1st car, Audi A4. The head gas blew & the engine was wearing out extremely bad. I traded in the Audi (8/24/2015) under the impression that getting a less expensive on repairs car (2013 Nissan Altima) would give me less problems. Within the 1st week I had several problems with the 2nd car. The windows wouldn't let down, the seats didn't move, the car would slow down/wouldn't accelerate when I made turns (which could potential cause an accident), the air conditioning stopped working & would only come on at times only when I was driving, the body control module is broken, etc. I reported all of this within the 1st week of owning the vehicle. Still nothing done. I was sent to the mechanic. But, they wasn't cooperating with the mechanic themselves. Gabriel Castro lied & said that he was ordering the pieces to repair the Nissan. But, the mechanic that was going to fix the car confirmed that Gabriel was lying. They also never came through with pieces that were missing/broken on the Audi. The Audi is in terrible condition yet they put it back on the lot (to sell it to someone else who would fall for their scheme). They constantly kept lying & giving me the run around about it. Be Approved Used Cars also hasn't paid the remainder balance (a little under $10,000) on the Audi I traded in, which soon will go to delinquency & reflect my credit. As far as that, they still haven't paid the remainder balance of my 1st car. Keep your money. Don't go there & waste it with these scammers. They also told me to never call them back. Even though they owe on 1 of my cars & I still have a piece of xxxx Altima through them.

The guys at Buy Repo Direct are probbibly the most proffesional dealer I have ever bought from not only are they skilled in business ethics, but also are kind and very helpful. I have bought over 18 cars in my life time and I have never been treated with as much courtesy as I did at Buy Repo Direct. They had the best price in town and got me a discount for being a credit union member. Their whole concept is just what this country need to get the economy flowing again. Saw a low mileage car for $2500. Put in an inquiry and figured I’d pick it up the next day. They sent me a message saying they’d assign the car to a salesman who would contact me soon. A few days later I read that this company has many cars for $2500 and that is the down payment. A few days after that a salesman contacted me. By then I was ignoring them. Bait and switch!

Sold my car there at the end of Florida season and looked around on their lot for a newer car to purchase next October when I will be back. Good appraisal compared with other dealers in the area. Selling process pleasant and quick. First price was a low ball thing and I rejected it - after 20 mins the dealership called back and they said they have a better offer which I accepted. They have lots of interesting cars for everybody but they are priced on the high side. You have to know what you want and really read and understand the CARFAX report. Have not tried bargaining because I was not ready to buy. Will come back there.

I was looking for a used 328i with Sport Package and 6 speed manual. Proved to be impossible to find in Sarasota/Bradenton area. Found two in Tampa and one in Palm Beach so went to Cars of Tampa. The car they had was just what I wanted but it had after market 16" wheels instead of 17" or 18" that come with Sport Package, and it was missing two pieces of trim around the rear door windows. They threw in OEM BMW 18" wheels off a crashed BMW they had on the lot and said they would get the trim pieces for me from a junk yard and mail them to me. After a month or so of searching they could not find the trim pieces so they ordered them brand new and installed them for me for free. I highly recommend these guys!!

I just lost 1700 going back and forth for the incomplete information, they tell you numbers without showing you any documentation, they tell you a price for the vehicle and right after you took it off the lot and come back to finish the deal they will change that price telling you so when are you going to pay the rest? what rest oh I said you have to pay another one thousand because this car was 3000 down, I never heard of this 3000 down all the time we talked about 1500, I wasted like 2300 with all the paperwork I had to do going to the insurance company and so on, after coming to sign off on the document I was ready to finish the deal after two or three days of me driving the vehicle, they will let you get the vehicle but they will not tell you how much is the total for the vehicle because according to them, they can't give you a final price or show you the breakdown of the payments and everything because the bank they work with takes time, I have spoken to other dealerships and they have all told me that makes no sense. I refused to pay the extra 1000 thousand dollars for the downpayment and wanted to get my money back and find another dealership because at this time I already lost confidence, but the manager said there is no way that I will get my downpayment back, It took me so long to save up my money to get my first vehicle, sweat and tears just to be lost like this, the vehicle was a Ford Fuson 2016 black sedan I was skeptical about this vehicle to begin with because the paint around the passenger door seems like it has been repainted, and the color seems not to be the original color. I went to carfax to check the vehicle because they didnt provide any carfax my mistake I should have asked, in my carfax it shows that it has been involved in flood. After refusing to pay the extra 1000 he said I could pick a cheaper vehicle that is the best that I can do, there were no vehicles that I like but since I already paid the down and I dont want to lose my hard earned money, I picked a white Hyundai Sonata 2016, only two years old but with 55k miles. how is that possible unless the vehicle was used as a rental car, or uber, but I had no choice I took the vehicle I was told the vehicle was 10,000k and that I had to give 2000 down I said okay, again they didnt fix my paperwork right there they told me to go home and came back after a few days, I asked him again so how much is this car in total they again said I can't tell you because until the bank answers me I wont be able to know. I came to get the papers after a couple of days and I was told everything is fine now no problem the monthly payment will be 363. I thought not so bad, and left then I went over the papers at home after a couple of days, and I saw the total amount $23,833. What the F.....Then I decided to look online for the same vehicle and I found about 20 other vehicles same age with 15k 25k for 12,000 dollars I went to the dealerships to talk to them and they all laughed at me saying what the xxxx, they ran some new numbers with the same down payment of 2k and they monthly payment came to 340 and the total price of the vehicle to 19,000 and much newer model with GPS and 25k miles. I rapidly went to the dealership to return my car just that I couldn't start the car it was dead some battery problem and had to ask some else to give me a boost, on my so-called new car. I went to the dealership left the keys and took off. I hope nobody else lose their hard earned money the way I did. Turned out the once 10k car became 15k and plus 7k extra for the interest over a period of 60 months. Share it and save a friend money is hard to make.

Drove 2 hrs to buy a car that they had listed ,the car wobbled very bad, they had to change 2 tires and made us wait 2 hrs to fix it , one would think it should have been fixed before be it was on the lot to sell . Then they handed over the keys to us and it had an empty gas tank and a non detailed or cleaned car, they actually laughed at us when we told them we wanted the tank full for all of the inconvenience..After waiting all of that time, they wouldn't even fill our tank up... Horrible customer service as far as I'm concerned!

Will was very professional from the start and even though they are appointment only, he was able to squeeze me in as I was only in town for a short window. Upon arrival and entrance into their showroom I said "I am not in the right tax bracket to be here". Never once did I actually feel like that was the case. The guys that work here are car guys, that was my favorite part about being here. Everyone was so humble and I even had the chance to meet and talk with an owner, he let me know some history about the car I was interested in and about it's former owner. This place doesn't feel like any other dealership I've been to. I found out that the owners are actually real estate agents and this place is their passion project. They are actual car people, not just salesmen. I LOVE the corvette I got from them. I bought it as a gift for myself for my 26th birthday almost 2 weeks ago and they worked with me on the price I was willing to pay for it and went above and beyond to find me the best lender and monthly payment on it. We started the purchase on NYE and the lender closed early and stayed closed until the 3rd, they stayed in contact with me throughout the process and we waited together until I finally got the call with good news. I wont lie, I was intimidated by this dealership before I went in and experienced it for myself. Now, I don't think I'll go anywhere else for my next purchase. *an honest review from someone who never writes reviews* THANKS FALCON! :)

I bought a used car from this dealer in August 2019. On the test drive I noticed the check engine light was on otherwise the vehicle seemed OK. I gave them a deposit to hold the vehicle and on the deposit slip they wrote "refundable if check engine light is a problem". They turned off the check engine light and told me the vehicle was fine so I completed the purchase. When I left the dealer lot the check engine light was off; before I got home (less than 10 miles) the check engine light was back on and showing a code for a transmission problem. They refused to return my money and cancel the sale. Five days later the transmission failed completely. I took them to small claims court but they hired an attorney who got the case thrown out on old case law - not the merits of this case.
