2,176 Florida Used Car Dealers

This guy Mike is a real treat. - Cant sell the 2nd...unless you sell the 1st

just another used car dealership. Mike is not exactly worthy of 1 star. However the system requires it.... how to say I don't know anybody who's had a good experience there

The bank will not loan on the car like Alex said it - ClintLY

The bank will not loan on the car like Alex said it would. Mountain America WILL NOT lend the fool amount on a branded or rebuilt vehicle. He said to take these papers into the bank and everything will be fine. Well it's not fine. He kept saying, "If you have a good working relationship with they will lend 100%. I can literal reference hundreds of times this has worked." That's right blame us for your error in not taking us they would only lend at 60% at best. If you've encountered this over one hundred times you knew this would happen and you said NOTHING! I asked the credit union about this statement, they said that's illegal. My wife's credit is down almost 60 points thanks to these individuals.

Buyer Beware – Especially for Out-of-State Purchases I - Kim

Buyer Beware – Especially for Out-of-State Purchases I am posting this after the transaction has been fully unwound and all funds returned. I purchased a 2018 Porsche Macan from Brickell Mazda and paid for enclosed transport to Seattle. Within minutes of delivery, I discovered the heater and heated steering wheel did not function. Immediately, I called my salesperson. He said to take to a Porsche Dealer & they would take care of. After running the diagnostics they also identified a blocked sunroof drain with interior water intrusion. These were not cosmetic concerns. They were operational issues present immediately upon delivery. The dealership had provided an inspection report and Carfax. However, a Carfax reflects history does not confirm current mechanical functionality. A non-functioning heater is something that would surface during even a basic inspection which I was told was done. When I raised the issue, management’s position was that the vehicle was sold “as-is.” They would cover the heater but not the sunroof. At one point, I was told covering approximately $3,000 in repairs would result in a loss on the deal. Ultimately, after significant back-and-forth, the dealership agreed to "unwind" the transaction and refund the purchase price, shipping, and diagnostic costs. To their credit, the funds were returned and the vehicle was picked up. However, what was most disappointing was not the mechanical issue itself, It was the approach to resolution ~their focus on losing money vs. treating a new customer fairly. I told them many times I wanted to keep the car. Yes, used vehicles can have problems but the basics of a heater & sunroof. It wouldn't have matter what the cost of the car would have been, I would have never bought it! The conversation repeatedly centered on margin rather than customer experience. In today’s market, customer service is the differentiator. Many organizations invest heavily in customer experience leadership because they understand long-term reputation outweighs short-term profit on a single deal. If you are considering purchasing from this dealership, they have 29 by the way, especially if you are out of state, I strongly recommend obtaining an independent third-party inspection before wiring funds and documenting everything carefully. Or better yet, find another reputable dealer. This experience was resolved financially, but it required persistence and significant effort. I hope this helps future buyers make an informed decision.

" This is customer service " - Cici

I purchased a Nissan rogue last month but after driving the car for few hours on the highway i notice a very rare sound like in the tires as a woman my mechanical knowledge is limited and was very worried because i purchase this car myself and everybody told me that dealership take advantage of womans bla bla bla, so i call my Sales Rep at JP Powercars and we set an appointment to get it check, well just to be short, i never experience a level of customer service like the one i received from Karina Santos, extraordinary customer service, they were doing a cook out and i have my lunch on them "yay" lucky me the noise was only a Big nail that my tire caught up so they decide to replace the tire with a matching tire (new) and i also receive a complementary car wash. it was a great time with them, while they were taking care of customers 'sales"..... great guys, buy from them.

Nightmare - Ghostblack305

this car dealership was a nightmare, I purchased the car and two weeks later white thick smoke was coming out the engine, and the water resevoir was bubbling hot, I took it back and they said they would fix it over the weekend. Once we got the car back a week later same problems. Once again they said they fixed the problem. We took the car to a mechanic he said the bottom of the car was all rusted out and it comes from up North and was probably stuck in snow or submerged in water. when the problem happened again I went back there it was a sign on the gate they were closed for two weeks and was waiting to get more inventory, came back in two weeks still closed. Now it's a new company, they just up and disappeared. Scandalous and horrible if it was a rating lower than 1 star they would get it, this should be illegal and they should be out of business permanently. Let's start fighting back and expose the names of these people.

Bad Deal! - BillyJoeJimBob

Son went to purchase a family car from this business, and arrived with family in tow. So Salesman sells him a "muscle car" never disclosing and never asking about insurance or driving record. The next day, when trying to obtain insurance for the car, we discovered the insurance was nearly as much as the car payment. The dealer new, or should have known, that insurance for that car would have been extremely expensive for a male driver in their mid to late 20s, yet they failed to disclose that. The dealership use pressure to convince and secure a sale that was contrary to the benefit of all parties. The dealership had opportunities to provide a fair and equitable exchange vehicles, but they chose to take advantage of the situation and maximize profit at the expense of the customer. During the vehicle exchange they bought the car back for substantially less than it was purchased. They offered little or no discount on the exchange car offering us an opportunity to take a hit on both the front end and the back, a double whammy! When we questioned them about the numbers about discounts etc. they moved numbers around to make it look as if they were offering a deal, LOL. They were offering a deal, a bad one. It certainly was a lesson learned. But nevertheless a bad deal. We will not purchase another vehicle from "certified nationwide".

Promises were made and never made it on paper. Walk away... - vinnye7

Promises were made and never made it on paper. Walk away people. Made me wait 2hrs to sign paperwork and they tried to rush the paperwork in front of me to get me out the door. Kept apologizing at how long i was waiting. Old tactic but still effective. Make sure you do your homework before you purchase the vehicle you want. Dont just sign because you got approved. In the long run, you want it to be to your benefit not theirs. They make their money which ever way, but just dont make it anymore extra then they want.

Great experience with everyone at the dealership. - cgreen583

Great experience with everyone at the dealership. Ordered the 2025 Range Rover Autobiography, and it was delivered as promised and with red carpet treatment. I first tried to order the same SUV from other Land Rover dealerships in my area, but JLR Melbourne was very receptive, returned calls, and followed up with my during the whole process. I was treated indifferently by other Range Rover dealerships in the Orlando Area. Even though JLR Melbourne is an hour from where I live, they delivered!

They should be in jail but, they are pretty slick with - rstpetersburg7

They should be in jail but, they are pretty slick with their deceptive ways. Bought a car two years ago took it for evaluation and took it back. Traded for another car and took that to be evaluated and it had approx. $2300. for repairs told Mirabella I would have it repaired and they said "oh no cheaper for us to have it done" so Dean came to my house and picked up the car and left the other car that I had taken back as the loaner while the car was being repaired. I NEVER saw that car again or my license plate. After hiring a private investigator and atty and getting the Tampa police involved I found out they sold the car on Ebay. The Tampa police detective told me that because they had not signed my Bill of Sale which was a "slight of hand" that she could not arrest them. So, they titled the car that was the original car that I took back to them without my knowing it and one day the forged title shows up in my mail. The Tampa police told me that deceptive practice was common for them and Tallahassee had many claims against them. So, I was not successful in putting them in jail and the current title that I do have has fraud attached to it because it was fraud but, I need to get that released as this is the only car I have and I paid $30,000 cash and can't get my title freed. The woman at DMV says "when you go to the dealership to trade just have them call the fraud dept they will release the title????" What...I need this title now and have waited for the DMV to release it and they know full well the complete story. they are now unresponsive. I have a police detective, private investigator and all my paperwork but, I am getting no where and this has been a nightmare. I would love to make them pay....frustrated...

The staff is helpful but the owners don't care about... - alisa.thomas40

The staff is helpful but the owners don't care about their customers. I was sold a lemon. It has issues with the transmission, ac, belt, computer and the radiator. I asked them to make it right and put me in another vehicle. I was told I would have to make another down payment and add the remainder of my original loan on top of that. Not to mention the vehicle I purchased was listed at over $7000 and was only worth $2000. Do not buy a car here unless you want to overpay & have your vehicle break down before it is paid off. Update They sell lemons and have you pay extra for the warranty. The only problem with that is they refuse to honor their warranties. Good luck if you decide to purchase a car here. You will def be disappointed.

Did a remote buy and relied on the Sales Agent Chris to - NCBuyer

Did a remote buy and relied on the Sales Agent Chris to accurately describe the car. Upon arrival it had paint blemishes that weren't corrected as promised or identified. Wheels had rash that wasn't identified. Dash had warning lights that weren't disclosed. Car had 1/4 tank of gas. I think they focus on the higher priced cars and don't care about the customer buying lower priced cars. No response to my issues. Won't buy from there again.

False advertising added $6,000 in fees horrible treatment... - Nymike060810

False advertising added $6,000 in fees horrible treatment nasty attitude all the 5 star reviews are FAKE! They lied and tried to steal $6000 more than the listed price! extremely rude and unprofessional!! Changed the listing price of 10,999 to over $16,000 waited till AFTER I paied to have it added to my insurance to say anything. He said on his website there was $2999 in fees so I guess that means he was just trying to pocket $2000?, kept walking away during the sale, said it was his car, he put alot of work and money into it even though there was a flat tire, broken rear gate, evap leak, bad catalytic converter(I scanned it with obd2 dtc scanner) I drove over 6 hours from PA with a baby and a pregnant wife to be lied to and disrespected by a greesy slimeball hustler conman, I could tell as soon as I pulled up he had an attitude problem, he even cursed at and threatened my wife! I've purchased alot of cars and it was never more than 500-600 dollars to have it registered and fees! I'm disgusted and furious!! to lie

Amazing Service in N. West Palm - hunter18

After being totally exhausted by every car dealer in Vero I found After Lease Auto and they worked with my cheerfully, happily, and after closing time as I didn't arrive until 5. The whole team made the experience a pleasant one. Love my "new to me" car and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car there although hopefully not for a few years yet!

If you have all the time in the world to waste. - Astropig

If you have all the time in the world to waste...You've found the perfect dealer. These guys are FANTASTIC about not answering phones, texts or emails. Truly exceptional personal contempt for walk in customers. I don't believe that this is a real, operating business...if it was, they would have shut down years ago.More likely, its a front for one of the Miami area's shadier criminal enterprises.A storefront and a few junk cars out front give them the appearance of a real (shady) used car lot. Thank goodness they would not return my calls or texts or emails.I found a very well cared for used car of the same model for less money with a nice, reputable dealer a few miles away.

I had purchased a 2006 Nissan Altima SE-R from this... - altimator06

I had purchased a 2006 Nissan Altima SE-R from this dealership a year ago. Due to my credit, my payment was almost $400 a month. I was told that atfer 12 on time payments I could come back and refinance. Ona recent visit I saw that Car port Sales and Leasing was at a new location on Semoran Blvd in Winter Park, under new management as well. John and Lisa were very friendly and happy to help me. And thanks to them, I was refinanced through CFE Credit Union and they were able to get $100 a month taken off my car payment making it much more affordable. John is a great guy and is willing to bend over backwards to help you get a good deal. Definitely will recommend

I drove from Naples to fort Myers in my enterprise rental - teresa_barteau

I drove from Naples to fort Myers in my enterprise rental and returned it that day after having phone conversations with Austin. Corey greeted me at the door and assisted with me in the process of getting my car. Corey was able to find a Nissan that was within my budget, and along with a nice down payment I was able to secure the car I wanted. I very much appreciated the fact that there was no haggling over the price. Sales persons Corey and Austin were very nice , and were happy to help me get back to Naples, (back to work by 12 pm.) Thank you for everything!❤️
