Usatisfactory - Salsa

This is my 2nd review. The 1st was a 5 for the salesman w/no pressure which helped. As far as follow up, once they receive their money from the bank for your car, they could care less. I have attempted to get my car touched up as I was promised by my salesman Robert, but no response. It's been now two months and they won't even respond when asking about my Tags. Not dependable once they get their monies.

Quick, efficient and courteous. - Hasty

Quick, efficient and courteous. Chris Stafford was polite, answered all of our questions, and was patient throughout. This is my second time taking a vehicle to him for service and both times he delivered exceptional customer service. It's because of employees like him that I will always return to this location for vehicle maintenance.

After looking for weeks for the right truck from the - Southern Fab

After looking for weeks for the right truck from the right dealer I finally found what I have been looking for. From the first interaction with the Sales Manager Chuck who seemed a little young to be in that business I was pleasantly surprised to find that he actually knew more about trucks and more important the truck that we needed than anyone else we have talked with. Not only did he sell me a truck with less miles and a year newer than the other places for a cheaper price but he also did not charge me a dealer fee nor try to upsell me on anything else. And he had it delivered for FREE! A true sales wizard and we will look no other place from now on when needing a commercial vehicle. THNAKS CHUCK!! :)

These guys were so great! - hollyneely21

These guys were so great! Everything was explained in detail to me before I even test drove the car. They answered all of the questions that I had and made this entire process so simple. I am excited about my purchase and look forward to sending AutoSavvy more business!

Don't buy here - Ryjk

Stay away from these scammers especially Alfredo the manager and Maria (salesperson) these cars have been in accidents and that's why they are a little less.

Long story short I had 2 dealerships I was in deep - PackerBacker#13

Long story short I had 2 dealerships I was in deep negotiations with. And the following day dealer "A" had sold the truck. Enter Alan Jay of Wauchula. I had seen their truck initially but thought it was going to be out of my price range so I never reached out. Needing another offer to compete with dealer "B" I reached out to Alan Jay and no lie within 2 or 3 back and forth texts they were at the number I needed. And they offered a very fair amount for my trade. The icing was during financing my rate was actually lower than than initially quoted so my payment was even better! Amazing experience!

VERY FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL STAFF ! - e.w.jenkins2017alliance

Rob and his team at Capitol Motors in Jacksonville, FL - Johnny V.

Rob and his team at Capitol Motors in Jacksonville, FL were AMAZING to work with! I was able to purchase a mint condition luxury vehicle, without a trade to offer, with a minimal down payment and got a super quick loan approval with a very affordable monthly payment! Capitol Motors inventory was by far the cleanest/best of all the local dealerships I shopped at. I will recommend Capitol Motors to all of my family members, friends, and to anyone who asks me where to find a good vehicle at a good price!

No stars if it was possible.worst customer service ever!... - Will

No stars if it was possible.worst customer service ever! Paid cash and yet 3 months go by and I still don't have title. There moving, avoid the new location like the plague.

0 Stars ! - j

0 Stars !!!!!! I had an absolutely terrible experience with **Imperial Capital Cars**, and I strongly warn anyone, especially students or first-time buyers, to stay away!!! From the very beginning, the process was rushed and misleading. I initially put $4,000 down on a 2017 red Audi A3, only to be told after handing over my money that there was suddenly a bank issue and I could no longer get the car. This forced me into purchasing a 2013 Nissan Maxima, which I did not originally want. Less than one hour after purchase, the car broke down across the street at Walgreens. The owner, Yusef Ubered me back to my school. The next day, instead of taking responsibility, I was called into his office, blamed for the issue, and then kicked out simply because he refused to return my money. The problems never stopped. I purchased the vehicle in February, and since then: * **March:** Check engine light came on — needed a tune-up * **April:** Same issue returned * **End of May:** AC compressor failed * **Mid-June:** Radiator cracked and vehicle failed * **July 28:** Check engine light again, rough driving — coil pack issue * **December 15:** Now facing serious issues with **bearings and the motor** After doing my own research, I discovered the vehicle was deemed a TOTAL LOSS in December of 2018. This information was never disclosed to me, and it does not appear anywhere in the paperwork I was given at purchase. I am a 19-year-old college student athlete, and I truly feel that I was taken advantage of. This dealership showed no accountability, no transparency, and no concern for customer safety or honesty. This has been a costly, stressful, and unfair experience. Please learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.

Awesome people! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and... - Angiebair

Awesome people! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly!!! The owner was a cool guy. He came over and talked to my fiance and I. Harold and Ryan helped us out and had to stay late and that didn't bother them at all! If you need a reliable vehicle at a great price go see these guys!!! If I could give more stars I would!!! Even with horrible credit they got us hooked up

That Allen & J Kia are the worst of the worst we had paid - DS

That Allen & J Kia are the worst of the worst we had paid to have work done on our car and they said it was finished and we left there only to find out they did absolutely nothing! They didn't do a thing they are so full of EVIL, DISHONESTY and DECEPTION don't trust them!!! The service manager there is useless comes out to me with an attitude even through it knew what it didn't do he is no good! You need to think twice about coming here to this place!

Worst customer service by far in the state of Florida - spcleo728

I Icalled to inquire about a vehicle that was just received with photos or price. They gave me a price on 2008 BMW 750 LI for $14500 by salesman. They do credit application over the phone Run my credit at least 10-15 times 4-5 days go by I never received a call back on credit application. I called back talk to manager. The price of car now goes up $1000 instantly. I called on the price increase and the manager says he will honor original price I was given Red flags all around. This dealership has moved from 4 locations in Sarasota in past 2 years. Original on rte 41 to bee ridge to rte 301 and now on stickney pioint. Now they are calling their dealership on the website Luxury Auto. This is shady operation. Stay away. I never got approved on loan I do not think. I never got a return call. Just many excuses. Warning. Shop elsewhere. Check past reviews.

Top of The Line! - Ms.LLH

I purchased a 2015 AMG Package Mercedes C300 in November. I want to Thank Mr. Dan and the owners for dealing w/ my tough Father and I. Everything that was requested was definitely done to ensure we were satisfied. I reside Out of Town, but from the area and they made it easy for me to purchase this vehicle I fell in love with. Great Quality Cars on the lot and I'm extremely satisfied. I will purchase again in the near future.

Great! - Foxktm

Great experience with Don, Daniel and the Mananger, who's name i do not recall. The vehicle i had purchased had some minor "inconveniences", if you will, and these guys were willing , and did make everything possible for me to leave with the vehicle in tip top condition. Would recommend.

I'm on my 2nd car in less than 2 years. The 1st had so many problems they gave up and gave me a 2nd one.. The second one has been in service a total of 5 weeks since March, not counting all the other times since July 2020 and STILL NOT FIXED but I keep paying for what they think the problem is. Oh, and they don't give loaners so plan on being without any transportation while the junk they buy keeps going back in for service. The more reviews I research the more I find it's the norm. Too bad I have NO PEACE OF MIND!!! I have problem after problem. Expense after expense. Inconvenience after inconvenience. And so many missed work days my job is in jeopardy. Yet, my car loan is ALWAYS paid!!! I pay for a vehicle I can't use!

Awesome experience! - Julie D

First it is a pleasure to support a woman owned company. The quality of service was impeccable and Jarvis is the absolute best. Kathy is truly the epitome of professionalism and I left there feeling like I made a friend.

Worst place to buy car!! Owner is a scammer - G

Don't ever buy a car from this dealer !!! And don't make any deals with SAM ! A personal deal was made on a truck and when it came down to pay off the truck before the year he claimed he never made the deal and bumped up the price thousands more! He screwed us completely and is very rude ! Kept hanging up phone ! There is no professionalism at all with him !! And he screams and customers and I was insulted once by him. Horrible place

Lloyd was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all - Mike

Lloyd was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all questions asked. We felt so comfortable and at ease during the whole process. At the end they even delivered the vehicle right to our house. I would not only highly recommend the AlanJay family, I would and will be buying my next vehicle here again! Thank you Lloyd and Miguel for exceeding our expectations!

This place is a NIGHTMAREI purchased a 2005 Honda... - Charles P

This place is a NIGHTMARE I purchased a 2005 Honda Odyssey With the understanding that the issues I'd pointed out would be fixed (Burning oil, alignment, motor mount) I remember it well it was my sons 9th birthday and he's autistic He was so excited (he called it the mystery machine) The salesman swore all issues would be resolved or my money back! (Big laugh there) the mechanic had it in the back for 20mins. And then said it was ready? No way! All that work would Have to take hours! I drove it around the block and as I suspended NOT FIXED! The mechanic took it for a drive, came in the back door and pulled the lady I'd been dealing with aside Told her something and then came back to me to feel me he was gonna need till tomorrow to fix it so I told the lady I'd just take my money back! She talked to the mechanic and said(he's gonna fix it now like we promised but its gonna take a bit, go get lunch and it'll be done when I get back Well 2 hours later it wasn't finished ad getting late outside I said I'd come back in the morning the salesman again assured me it would be repaired or my money back guaranteed! And as I feared next day only the motor mount was replaced So when I asked for my money back this NEW lady tell's me No REFUNDS AS IS I looked at the salesman and said That's not wat he told me! I left (without the car,) and went directly to my bank to stop payment It took my bank 2 months to deny my fraud claim and Now the vans still at there lot (or so they say) I'm out $3000.00 And every time I'm told the manager will call me they don't! These people will stupe so low as to swindle a needy family with an autistic child! Be warned!!

I bought my car from Frontier Motors a few years ago and - danlaidacker

I bought my car from Frontier Motors a few years ago and the entire experience was so smooth and effortless that I promised myself that I would never go anywhere else. My service advisor, Scott Ford, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was there for every step of the process, treated me with respect and patiently guided me through all the details and answered all my questions. We stayed connected through social media and when it was time to buy a car for my daughter this past weekend, Scott Ford was there for us once again. Truthfully, all of the staff at Frontier Motors are simply amazing. The ear-to-ear smile on my daughter’s face when her picture was taken standing next to her ‘new’ Nissan Rogue Sport filled my heart with joy and pride! Thank you, Scott and all the Frontier Motors folks for a truly unmatched car buying experience! No one does it better!
