Hey Guys, Really nice car, but, What to do with a transmission oil leaking on a BMW x7 ($50k) and a $10k repair bill???... Bad customer service. They are not reliable, they are not honest, they want to get the customer quickly and get rid of their stock. That's it...

Glad for refund - Curvin

We bought an 08 Chevrolet pickup through Ebay from this dealer in mid-December. They did not deliver the pickup due to title issues and after a month gave us a partial refund. We exchanged many emails and a few phone calls but they did not send the rest of the refund. After two months the Ebay Auction Insurance Company refunded the $7,000 Motorcars of Tampa Bay owed us, for which we are thankful. The entire transaction was online. After this we will go to a dealership when buying a vehicle.

Awesome Buying Experience - swsimmons

Dropped by Nations Trucks on Saturday, February 23, 2019, looking to possibly purchase a Truck. Arrived around 2, looked around, found the one I'd actually been looking for, for nearly a year! Took a test drive, made one offer and I NOW HAVE AN AWESOME TRUCK in my driveway! All-in-all about a 2 1/2 hour process. If you're in the market for a pre-owned truck, you simply HAVE TO GO TO NATIONS TRUCKS in Sanford, Florida. Our salesperson was Robert, and he couldn't have been more friendly, courteous or professional. In fact, the ENTIRE staff was amazing! All the way from Big Country (what an inspirational life he's living), to the General Manager (hope you didn't get in trouble for that awesome deal) to even the Finance Manager. AWESOME selection, AWESOME location & AWESOME people. You can't go wrong! We're absolutely and completely pleased & satisfied with our Nations Trucks Truck. Blessings, Gunny & Izzy

Had a low speed collision at a stop sign less than one... - Rod4life

Had a low speed collision at a stop sign less than one year ago; sun toyota had the car for two weeks to repair/replace the rear bumper, trunk lid, and a cracked light. The paint job was obnoxious (paint runoff, debris embedded within paint, imperfections every inch you look). Still had a dent in bumper. Had the surprise of plastic clips literally spring out of trunk the first time opened. Noticed a bolt hanging down out of place on undercarriage cover, further inspection revealed they had broken the plastic. Even noticed a very oddly shaped dent in drivers door that appears as if they had attempted some degree of repair. All very disappointing but we had the car back and didn't want to bother with it. Well less than one year later the poor paint job began to literally fall off the car; unacceptable and pathetic obviously so we called our insurance. Sadly sun toyota collision center took the car the next week to fix the issue. 6 days later we get a call saying the cars ready. First noticed the paint job is still pathetic (bubbles and debris throughout), drive down the street to notice we now have no turn/brake light (too difficult i guess to reconnect such an important safety feature). We also now have a nice new deep scratch running diagonally on the exterior side of drivers window. Final conclusion is they provide lazy pathetic work (not just once, twice even on a return due to poor work) and will cause extra damage to your vehicle. Ive had much nicer work done at maaco. Please stay away and if you have no choice pay very good attention to your vehicle before and after, if they are consistently doing this to my ride it's not a fluke. They begged and begged for only a 5star review the first time, gladly decided not to review until now.

How refreshing! - tct

How refreshing! Tomlinson Motor Company had the best cars at the best prices, and the prices were the actual prices listed on sites- no added fees of any kind. What a breath of fresh air shopping with them.

Deceiving, scammmers, waste of time, and listen to the 1 - Time Saver

Deceiving, scammmers, waste of time, and listen to the 1 star reviews. Avoid these guys at all costs. They listed a 2014 HONDA CRV with 58,000 miles. I talk to a guy named Tony from here. I go to take a 2 hour ride to the dealer as I called Tony before as he said oh yeah cars here. I will set you guys a appointment just come. We get there and this place is doing business in a small trailer. There's over 20 customers here. I go in here with my mother and tell a woman Tony set a appointment for us. She said Tony is our internet salesman he's not here right now. I ask if the HONDA CRV is here. The woman oh if it's here it be at that spot. I go out and it's not there. My mother talking to the woman as she asks oh did you see it online? Oh it may be the cars still getting here or it's already sold. The woman asks what color was it. Mom said white and that woman said oh those pictures may be a car that looks like the same car but it may not be that car listed. We get in our car immediately and call Tony once again. His assistant says oh he's out on lunch he's with his family. So not only did we waste 2 hours driving here, Tony lied about that car being there, he also is helping to scam people on the website from that dealer and I put in a big complaint to cancel these guys from ever selling on cars.com at least. I haven't heard anything at all since but please listen to me. This is as of March 2022. DO NOT DO BUSINESS OR LET THEM EVEN TALK TO YOU! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

NICE EXPERIENCE - Yoli

THIS PEOPLE IS AWESOME , THEY GIVE ME MY DREAM CAR AND SO HAPPY , THEY WORK WITH ME FOR A WEEK AND I GET THE PAYMENT I CAN PAY

Spread The Word - justice

This Guy is a Crook, he buys cars and never fixes anything. He will tell you bring your mechanic to check out the car and if they find anything wrong he will fix. Well guess what? The car has never been checked in the first place. He will have buyers sign a secretive disclosure not to go public with complaints on his stealership. He will lie and say say don't worry it's nothing just typical noise on the car when it needs major repairs. This guy needs a bunch of picket signs in front of his place to show all he's a Crook that has very poor grammar that writes all the POSITIVE reviews on the various car sites about his stealership.

worst car buying experience ever!!! - JDavis

I don't know where to start - this people are scam artist, especially the guy called Jeff and Josh. I bought a C class Benz and car has problems form the date of purchase. I have been at their shop 5 or 6 times, they are no help, Josh guy even pretended like he never sold me the car when he saw me in their office. Now I am stuck with all the repair bills... unfair! but its the reality.

Impeccable Experience - love2golf

Purchased my second car from Vinnie. I am an out of state buyer so I am picky with whom I deal with when I am purchasing anything sight unseen. Just as with my first purchase, Vinnie made the whole transaction very smooth and pleasant. I had a trade in this time around (the wife wanted to upgrade to a Land Rover) so I was nervous about how everything will work out. Vinnie went above and beyond to address any of my concerns and questions. He even offered to do a video call to show me the car before I drove in! He asked me for the information for my trade and gave me a very fair price which I was happy with. When I arrived to Tampa, Vinnie went over all of the options in the car to make sure that I knew as much about the car as he did and boy did I learn a few things! We never felt rushed or pressured at any point which is nice for a change. I was impressed with his honesty and knowledge about cars the first time around but I’m glad to see that this time around was just as pleasant. It was a pleasure working with you again and we will be seeing you soon since my daughter will be turning 16 in a few months!

Buyer Beware. Do not buy here! - RH

Purchased a 2006 Clean Car Fax Ford F-350 from Octavio Duran. When I called about the vehicle he stated that there were three things wrong whit the truck. Seats were in poor shape, small nicks and scratches and injector seals. After driving away from the dealer ship the Throttle control indicator came on the dash indicating limp mode. I took it to my local dealer where they showed me the damage from the previous accidents from the front and rear of the truck. Tried to conflict resolute and return the truck. I have the emails showing that he agreed to this. He reneged today on that promise by sending me a letter in the mail. Legal action has been started and I have filed a formal complaint via the Florida Motor Vehicle Safety Division.

No help on a vehicle we have had less than 3 weeks that - sybo.debbie

No help on a vehicle we have had less than 3 weeks that needs $10,000 to $12,000 in repair that the dealer should have been aware of. We were half way offered an extended warranty in initial discussion about the truck, but knowing we would be driving this vehicle a lot were told it would not be worth it and that the dealer has been in business over 20 years, which lead us to believe we would be dealing with a good company. We trusted that the dealership would stand behind a vehicle owned such a short time, over of week of that time in the shop for diagnostics and the rest of the time in the driveway! Owner does not stand behind their supposed great reputation. I wish we had read the reviews of the dealership prior to purchase, shame on us. Shame on the dealership for not offering some sort of compromise. Please do your research before purchasing a vehicle from this company. I agree with several reviews, BUYER BEWARE!

This dealership is unlike any I've ever dealt with in the - Andrea

This dealership is unlike any I've ever dealt with in the past. Jackie especially was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. We gave her our specifics and numbers we were working with over the phone and had the perfect vehicle there for us to look at. She made the whole process easy. They truly value their customers there and do whatever they can to get you in a vehicle for your happiness not theirs. Outstanding service.

I must say I was very worried after I was told that my battery would be $3,600. I had previously saved Tony Arias's number and left him a message on Saturday evening and received a call back that nigh to come in on that Sunday..He was very professional and kind. He offered me a car that was in my price range. Within two hours and 45 minutes, I was home with a nice, affordable car. It rides great!!!! See you soon for my daughters car. Thank you for making it possible for me to have transportation. Bridget Miller Bursey

The actual buying experience went smoothly. However, we traded my car in on this purchase on 3/14 and I just called my previous lender today, on 3/31, to confirm payoff. The loan balance was not paid off within the 10 days and is now showing past due. Update, it's 4/2, still not paid off and they're well past the 10 day payoff that was requested. Nielson at the Orlando location still says the bank should have the check tomorrow. Update, 4/3, bank still hasn't received payment, payoff is now $150 more than when requested. We ended up just paying it off over the phone. Called Hertz and now Nielson says that the electronic payment wasn't sent to the bank until 4/1, so they didn't pay until we called asking about it. He argued with my husband that this is business as usual with them. So, takenote, don't bother with them.

Purchased an vette years ago - jabbo

I purchased an vette years ago from Leo, Skip. Instead of buying another vette at this time, Leo said he could change my vette back into an vette that i would be proud again. He told me how long it would take, he treated and took care of it like his own. Tell you-I was very impressed and happy with my finished vette. Outstanding job-Leo, Jeff(mechanic) and everyone involved.

What a bunch of junk. - scb

What a bunch of junk. My wife and I went there and you can go to your local junk yard and buy a better car. I can not believe this guy is still in business. Don't buy anything from there or your worst nightmare will come alive. Run and run fast.

Don't go to all motors - Rrivers81

Would not tell me the price of the car until it was time to sign papers. When I finally got the price it was 4 grand more then their website showed. I paid 3k down and they showed the car 4k more on the loan!!! Dirt bags! They take advantage of people with poor credit and over charge, lie, cheat and steal from you!
