I had a great experience yesterday. I am shopping around for the best deal and this was my second stop. The sales consultant Nazarii & manager Justin are not only courteous & professional, they went above and beyond. I wanted to estimate my total monthly payments (car payment + insurance payment ) My insurance agent’s office is closed on weekends, so I thought I would have to wait until Monday for a quote, to make my decision. Justin was able to locate my insurance company and get me a quote emailed. Amazing Service! This Grieco dealer was accommodating, offering coffee, water, snacks, and even a lounge area with TV for my husband, while I was negotiating.

My friend and i decided to stop by to see a few cars. As it is a showroom itself we casually just strolled by until we hear yelling from across the room. It was Mr perez trying to get our attention. As he reaches us, very rudely he gives us a fake scenario on how we’re going to “set off all the alarms on the cars and the county police would be coming.” I don’t know who’s more demented this guy or his ego. Completely ruined my expirence with this dealership. If he’s truly trying to sell a car he’s not doing it with that manor. This is a showroom. Where you’re showing cars. Expect people to pop in and look around.

You can't make this up ( LOL) I was told that no deal could be made for me, I bring in 3500 a month free and clear, and have a amazing payment history, was told that something had been worked out, come back in the Morning with my insurance, and you'll drive off the lot. Get there and there is a credit freeze on my credit, get it removed, again nothing can be done! Funny thing is my girlfriend just got of jail, has only been working a month, and the same Hyundai Sonata they were trying to get me into, she is driving home right now, same color, blahahah same VIN, She didn't even have a down payment, employees gather around and do videos, and a baby just glides through the store while Mom is working, no harm there, but the rest...Wow

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I have a fleet of cars and deal with a lot of different dealers on a regular basis. This place just don't have a care for human life. I can honestly say I will not be dealing with this dealer ship ever again. It sickens me that I took a running car here that needed a motor, we get a brand new motor and the car runs worse then when I dropped it off. The women who was handling this told me when I went to pick up the car that they test drove it around the parking lot, (WHO DOES THAT??) and that it had a little less horse power then what it use to have. Paid the $200 required deposit got in the car and as I pulled out of the parking lot hit the gas and it had no power, no acceleration and almost got me into an accident. I got back into the dealership and was told they would look at it. I was then called and told that it had an additional issue and a the whole front end of the car is out of whack, that wasn't there when we dropped it off and it wouldn't be covered or taken care of by Hyundai. I'm sad to say that the women I dealt with seemed like I was just another figure for Hyundai and not a human. I guess all she cared about was the $9000 dollar warranty and the hefty pay day she would receive from that.

Here’s a breakdown of the additional charges: Pre-Delivery Fee: $1,299 Electronic Registration Fee: $899 Ally Gap Coverage: $1,200 Alpha Warranty Protection: $4,681 (I opted for this comprehensive bumper-to-bumper coverage, anticipating it might benefit resale value in the future.) Anti-Theft Protection: $799 Elite Protection Plan: $1,495 (This was required by HGreg, not optional.) We are so happy we trusted Benz of Tampa with our first ever out of state car purchase. It helped that they had the best price, best condition, perfect carfax, and most loaded example of the vehicle we were shopping for. Our salesman Anas was just fantastic and his professionalism dealing with an out of state buyer was a major relief. He patiently and deftly addressed our questions and set up a video call to show us around the car stopping for anything we asked for a closer look at. He also took time in that call to tell us what he knew about the features and creature comforts loaded into the vehicle. At this point, we knew it was going to be great experience with the dealer, however we still wanted to be careful… Leaving home our flight was delayed due to weather and the struggle was real at the airport. We spent 13 hours in our own hometown airport as tornadoes rampaged between here and Tampa.. so we had to get the car the next day. Arriving at the dealership we actually managed a sneak peak of the car while pulling in. First impression? The car is jaw—droppingly well detailed and… What a dealer!!! The nicest Mercedes Benz cars I have ever seen. How exciting. Anas quickly welcomed us and he was so friendly, professional, and well dressed. He thanked us for coming and promptly asked us if we had had our coffee yet. He brought us to his barista and had lattes made for my wife and I. My wife had a chai latte and found it delicious! Anas took us to the car for a walk around and test drive and wow… Kudos to the detail shop the car was better than new. The airport is close by so we had great long roads to test drive to my heart’s content. Everything was right with the car even the tread on the tires was 10/10 so we got back and Anas connected us with his finance manager. Anas had started the finance team on the paperwork while we went for a test drive, so our meeting with the friendly finance manager was quick, easy, professional. After 5 minutes the car was ours. While we were with finance Mr. Anas had two fresh lattes made for us to go. There is so much more I can say about how much of a pleasure it was to work with Anas but I don’t have the words. He was fair with us on the negotiation as well. I’m just so thankful. He’s the best. Our ride home was perfect and included a stop at a gorgeous Florida beach. Overall, we had the best dealer experience we could have ever imagined. We know first of all we are very lucky and we are so thankful to Anas and his team. You can absolutely trust Mercedes Benz of Tampa. They will treat you fairly and leave you be delighted. Ask for Anas!
