Charging $19 for new wiper installation on top of $17x2 is pure robbery. I’ll be ordering on Amazon next time and doing it myself. Service advisor didn’t mention this, I saw it when I got the bill. All pricing needs to be disclosed ahead of time. Won’t be coming back.

When he came to replace the reservoir, I asked if he could show me where the leak was once he took it out. Not a problem. Very professional, respectful of my vehicle and time.
