my car was picked up for the 5000 mile service on Thursday. On Friday and Saturday I called a number of times, always put on hold, and they said they didn’t know what to tell me they don’t show havin Thursday. Finally, Saturday afternoon, I drove to the dealership and spoke with the service manager. He was extremely nice and found my car in just a few minutes. He also told me it had been done since Thursday! I realize that I had a loaner car, however, it makes it very difficult thinking the car is going to be coming back at any minute to make plans on a weekend. I am really don’t feel comfortable that if I didn’t go there I would’ve ever been called. More
