Very nice staff!! I was told there would be a charge for diagnostic, they couldn't really find out what the problem was and I was not charged which I thought was fantastic of them. I had to take my vehicle to my mechanic instead. I found them to be honest and very fair!!

Visiting this Dealership and the Service Department is always a painless experience. The service area is clean and tidy, along with plenty personnel who quickly greet you in the drive-up area. Luke is an awesome guy... he is friendly, organized and professional and shows a genuine concern for your time. I especially like the fact that he is clearly empowered to make decisions and not excuses as with most dealerships who seemingly train their empolyee's to make excuses and therefore provide poor to terrible service and then use tremendous effort begging for a good review. Jason was great. I appreciate the information he shared regarding my vehicle. However, I'm disappointed that the dealership is no longer selling the Buick line. I've always been happy with this dealership, both in the sales and service departments, so I'm not looking foward to going elsewhere when its time for a new car.

Josh in service went above and beyond to help schedule an appointment to repair a defective surge pump that occurred the day before my schedule trip. If he had not done this I would have lost deposits forcing me to cancel or delay trip. That shows how much he cares about his customers and the reputation of the dealership. This type of compassion will be communicated being new customer and keeping loyal customers for life.
