Jim Berlin is a family man who treats his customers the way he would like his family treated when bringing their cars in for service. Getting to the cause of a problem is the best way to resolve the issue and leads to the possibility of a warrantied service item. Either way, finding the “why” of a service problem leads to the proper actions being taken and a satisfied customer. Jim is a “car guy” and has been in the car business almost as long as he has been married, 35 and 36 years respectively. With 3 girls of his own and 3 grandchildren, it is easy to see why some of Jim’s hobbies involve flowers, plants and home repair. He balances it all with cruising, because Jim’s a cool grandfather. Between the Florida Gators and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Jim has staked out his sporting interests and enjoys a business career where he wins the respect of employees and customers alike.

Brought in my 2020 suburban with ac not blowing cold ,while up north a car shop replaced the condenser when we left notice it wasn't cooling brought it to you thinking I'm going to spend a fortune to ge ,while up north a car shop replaced the condenser when we left notice it wasn't cooling brought it to you thinking I'm going to spend a fortune to get it repaired called me 3hrs.later telling me it was only low on charge glad that was it I was expecting a call telling me it needed a compressor glad you were honest and told me if the charged holds witch it should but we didn't want to just start throwing parts at it .thanks for being honest witch in my past experience is rare for a dealership to be. Thanks again! More
