Can't recommend more highly. In town from Chicago and had what sounded like a chirping belt. Needed to get car fixed asap due to concern about 14 hour drive home. Montana, DP (service advisors) and Aaron (shop foreman) bent over backwards to source a new belt and get me on my way. Wish I could transplant these guys in Chicago! Thank you Step One CDJRF!

I would like to highly recommend Hanania Buick, GMC in St Augustine Florida. I had the best time with Mike Sabadosa, he is patient and listened to what I was looking for and together we made an excellent decision with a Buick Enclave. Mike is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the buying process, very organized and the complete process was under 4 hours. That included financing, plates, registration, detail prep and gas for the new car. If you are in the area stop and ask for Mike, he will work for you and get you a great deal.

Tried FB marketplace ended up finding this on Car Gurus. Pros: Great truck, the staff was professional and timely, and we worked out a fair deal. Cons: i came in with a bank check to buy the truck and found out much later in the process that I was required to use onsite financing only and that i could refi to my bank after the deal was done. So, the dealership got all their fees wrapped into a bundle i had to refinance. Btw, they did attempt to convince me the bank apr wasn’t real, but it was. The detailing service leaves something to desire. Although it looked good when i picked it up it was a superficial detailing at best…. Didn’t last but a couple days.

I've been running my credit for vehicles at this dealership and I can't believe they doesn't allow consumers to ask for supervisors. Today Oct 2 2024 I spoke with a salesman that says he deals directly with finance but he doesn't know that the Consumer credit transaction is governed by Truth in lending act and that full disclosure shall be met even if I didn't sign the contract. He admitted that the dealership engages in fraud by misleading consumers into believing down payments are necessary 15 USC 1605 says no comparable cash transaction necessary when finance charge is present the finance charge is a loan( Purchase Money Loan) to be exact which is a cash advance by exchange of promissory Note aka contracts. I asked for financing director or the GM he said I didn't need to speak with them I said your dealership has my social security number which makes them trustees to my trust and their Fiduciary obligations is for my best interest which is sale me the car . If anyone went to this dealership and paid a down payment you were defrauded APR is the cost of the consumers credit which we are secured party creditors in this transaction.

I will not stay silent about my experience at this dealership it is completely wrong what they did to me. I am writing this review in the hope that it will help others avoid the frustrating, unethical, dishonest, and fraudulent experience I had at Garber Buick GMC. Unfortunately, my experience aligns with several similar customer reviews I have seen online. On Friday, March 14, 2025, I visited the dealership with my father in search of a new vehicle. I initially met with a sales representative and explained my situation, noting that I was careful about having my credit checked until I found the right deal. I made it clear that I wanted to get an estimate of the monthly payments on a truck I was interested in, with a specific down payment amount in mind. I emphasized several times that I did not want my credit to be pulled until I saw some estimates which then I would be able to make a decision. After test-driving the truck, the sales representative asked for my personal information to provide an estimate. At that very moment, he printed a piece of paper out and asked me to check over all the highlighted areas, to make sure everything was spelled correctly to sign. My dad and I immediately told him do not run my credit and He assured me that my credit would not be pulled and that the information would only be used for the purpose of providing an estimate. I trusted him and agreed to proceed with the estimate. However, after waiting for some time, the sales representative began trying to sell other vehicles to us, in which the info on those vehicles for us to look at weren’t correct as he’s telling me that the Turbo Max engine has a six cylinder so I had to look it up and show him that it’s a four-cylinder. At that point, I didn’t want to look at any other trucks because they were a complete total downgrade from the high-country Silverado that we have. So I gave instructions to only focus on getting an estimate for the truck we liked. At this point, I again reminded him that I did not want my credit pulled. He assured me once more that it had not been done. Shortly after, I received an email notification that my credit had been pulled. I immediately confronted the sales representative, who claimed that the credit check was not from their dealership because they only use GM Financial. I was told not to worry, and again he insisted to go look at other trucks so we went outside to look at other trucks, I received another notification that my credit had been checked again, this time by GM Financial. At this point, I became understandably upset and confronted the sales representative once again. He continued to deny running my credit, despite the multiple evidence in my inbox. I then spoke to the manager, explaining the situation and the multiple times I had requested that my credit not be pulled. The manager admitted that they had ran my credit, but seemed unconcerned with my concerns and no explanation for why my instructions had been ignored. The sales representative later admitted multiple times that he was at fault and takes complete and full responsibility, for having my credit pulled. The manager also said he told the sales representative he was going to pull my credit but the sales representative said that never happened. This experience was frustrating and deeply disappointing. I felt misled and ignored, blatantly lied to several times and I am now left questioning the integrity of the dealership’s practices and this can’t be legal. Also having to deal with my credit score dropping for no reason because even after all this there was never a paper given to us showing any estimates. I would strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to proceed with caution and be fully aware of their tactics regarding credit checks and customer communication. I hope this review helps others avoid the same issues I encountered.

My 2018 Cadillac XT-5 needed a new AC evaporator which turned out to be a long servicing experience due to the diagnostic and installation process. Sassan Moayer was on his sixth day as a service representative but nonetheless managed to provide excellent support for my numerous inquiries and concerns. He managed the process like a veteran and will hopefully become my go-to service person for all future visits to Tasca in Melbourne Florida. His diligence makes using Tasca as my dealer of choice (there's a Cadillac dealer in Vero Beach where I live) a satisfying decision.

So Glad I Found My Perfect Ride Here! I recently leased a new GMC Terrain and I couldn't be happier. Johnathan, was incredibly knowledgeable about the 4 different vehicles I had my mind on, and he patiently answered every question I had. He even helped me compare the 4 different vehicles with all the trim levels to find the perfect fit for my needs. At one point, I decided I might want to purchase instead of lease, so he went through the options in that format as well. Unlike other dealerships I visited, surprisingly, there was absolutely no pressure to buy and absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics. Just to be sure I wasn’t making the process to easy on them; I decided on a vehicle that wasn’t on-site, but they located it and had it in the parking lot before the end of the day. The financing process was simple and transparent. Jacob clearly explained all my options and helped me secure a great interest rate. He found a few rebates that I wasn't aware of. I also appreciated the clean and comfortable atmosphere of the dealership (they are kid friendly!). This group is genuine and helped me find the right car, not just to make a sale.

I took my car in for body repairs, as was suggested by the Toyota dealership. The original estimate was for less than $5000. Then it went up to $14,000 and ended up to be almost $20,000. I hit a pole in a parking lot, never even broke the headlight and the air bags did not go off, I was going about 10 mph. They sent it to a different mechanic who removed the engine so Bay could “fix the frame” and then the mechanic couldn’t figure out how to correctly reinstall it back. It sat in the parking lot for 3 months with the hood off where more damage to the engine was done. Bay argued with the mechanic about who was going to fix what and who was going to pay, and no work was done for months while the car sat there. They continued to lie to me about what was happening as to the repairs every week I called. The car took 6 months for the repair that was originally estimated to take 14 days. My insurance company finally sent someone to the shop to find out what was going on and discovered what was happening. Bay then had to send the car to the Toyota dealership to have the eigine fixed from all the damage done. It cost an extra $5000 which they passed along to the insurance company. The insurance company (AIG) say they’ve never had this happen where a company doesn’t get pre approval and just sends a bill for $5000. Bay refused to release the car until the insurance company paid in full. It sat there for a week while they came to a conclusion. Then Bay Body decided to take the car for a test drive the day we were headed there to pick it up and they found another problem. Fortunately they got it fixed, after I threw a fit. 6 months and $20,000 later we got the car back. My insurance company say if they’d known the final cost they would have totaled the car. They were horrible, they lied every time we called and ripped us off for thousands of dollars. They contracted a terrible mechanic and then didn’t want to stand by their decision. I recommend you don’t take you car there for anything!

I had a Friday appointment. I dropped off the truck and returned, but they did not start. So I left the truck to have service completed on Monday. On Monday afternoon, I called, and no work started. I took the truck home. This was not the first time with the advisor, and they never called to reschedule, so I am now having transmission fluid changed elsewhere. The other staff are great.
