⭐ 1 STAR — I WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD This was easily one of the worst and most unprofessional vehicle-buying experiences I have ever had. If you’re considering buying from this Chevrolet dealersh easily one of the worst and most unprofessional vehicle-buying experiences I have ever had. If you’re considering buying from this Chevrolet dealership in Quincy, I strongly suggest doing yourself a favor and shopping somewhere else. I was trying to purchase a 2026 Chevy Equinox that they advertised as having around 90 miles. In reality, the vehicle had OVER 1,300 MILES on it. That’s not a minor difference. When you’re purchasing what is being represented as a new vehicle, more than 1,200 additional miles is something a customer deserves to know upfront. Then came the financing. I had a Capital One pre-approval and attempted to use the terms I had already been approved for. Despite this dealership advertising that they work with Capital One, they would not accept those terms. What followed was DAYS of trying to get straight answers. Responses were slow, vague, and inconsistent. Unfortunately, this wasn’t just an issue with a salesperson. My experience included communication with the GM and Vice President as well. You would expect dealership leadership to step in, communicate clearly, and make sure a serious customer is taken care of. That was absolutely not my experience. After all the back-and-forth, they FINALLY agreed to a deal. I told them exactly when I would be there to purchase the vehicle. Then I reached back out and couldn’t get a response. After everything we had already gone through—and AFTER agreeing to the deal—I was ultimately told that they had decided they NO LONGER WANTED TO SELL ME THE VEHICLE. Seriously? You have a customer with financing lined up, you’ve negotiated and agreed to a deal, the customer tells you when they’re coming to buy it, and your solution is to simply decide you don’t want to sell them the vehicle? That tells me everything I need to know about how this dealership values customers. The best part of the story is what happened next. I went to a nearby competitor and bought essentially the same Equinox. Except mine is a 2027 instead of a 2026. It has MORE OPTIONS. It had ONLY 4 MILES on it. And I got it for essentially THE SAME MONEY. So in the end, this dealership actually did me a HUGE favor by refusing to sell me their 2026 Equinox with 1,300+ miles. The difference in how I was treated elsewhere was night and day. Buying a vehicle shouldn’t require chasing people for days, trying to get straight answers from management, discovering that a vehicle has significantly more mileage than advertised, finally reaching an agreement, and then wondering whether the dealership is actually going to honor the deal. If you’re shopping for a Chevrolet in this area, my advice is simple: KEEP DRIVING. There are other dealerships nearby that will actually communicate with you, respect your time, and appreciate your business. I know where I WON’T be buying my next vehicle. More

I bought a used 2021 Ford hybrid truck from Aubrey in July. I could hardly get him to call me back during the sale of the truck and now that I have bought it, and they have work to do on it, he will not July. I could hardly get him to call me back during the sale of the truck and now that I have bought it, and they have work to do on it, he will not call me back after a month of calling and leaving messages. This dealership does not have voice mail, and they do not return phone calls. I will never do any other business with this place. More
