Our salesman Vince was great and made this sometimes long and tedious process much better than expected. Looking on purchasing another Lincoln for my wife now. Do your research but Carman is worth a look --- good people and good prices.

The car I was interested in ended up being sold prior to my arrival, and Dave was so patient with me while I looked at other options. Took a couple of visits due to my situation. Tiyanna was patient and very helpful. I've bought several cars over the years. Some used, mostly new from different dealerships in the United States and some overseas. I can honestly say that Tiyanna and Winner Subaru made this a great experience.

I ordered and paid for a running light fixture for my Yukon Denali. The dealership contacted me when the part came in and we agreed on an appointment date. I showed up for my appointment but the service department didn’t have anyone available to install it, so I had to drive approximately one hour back home. I contacted them a couple weeks later and told them I just wanted a refund. They refunded me a partial payment and kept $550.00 stating that I hand to pay a restocking fee. They are the ones who could not install the part when I showed up for my scheduled appointment, so therefore I should be refunded the full amount. This dealership refuses to do so.They will no longer receive my business!!! After being contacted by the service manager Shane, he corrected and made this issue right!!! I bought a car from Noel back in October. Since then, I've had a number of issues with it that weren't disclosed to me. At first, Noel seemed like a really good and honest guy. However, after driving the car off the lot, I immediately started having issues and realized that I had been lied to about a number of things. For starters, I was told that the car was in excellent shape and that it was recently given a full inspection where everything was replaced and as good as new; I quickly realized how big of a lie that was. The transmission was shot and I had to have it replaced about 2 weeks after buying the car. Then, I took it in to get an oil change and they had to replace filters that had never been replaced before. I asked them to do an overall inspection to make sure that everything else was running okay given that the car has a significant amount of miles on it, where they told me that the lower control arm bushing was shot. I've put $3,000+ into this car after buying it for a price that it wasn't worth given everything that was wrong with it. When I relayed this information to Noel and asked if there was anything that we could do about the amount of money that I was now out of, he immediately became defensive and offended that I called him dishonest; he also didn't trust my word. After sending him the proof of paperwork that the car had a number of issues, he proceeded to tell me that I was getting ripped off by the people who inspected it. I took the car to 3 different dealerships and car shops for second and third opinions, on top of asking a friend that I know that I can trust, and they had the same things to say about the car and confirmed the damage almost immediately. Don't trust him, and don't trust this dealership. They are both incredibly dishonest. I've never seen worse customer service in my life.

OK, one of the worst experiences in car buying in my 59 years on this planet, first, the jeep wranglers, and the Dodge pick up trucks are between three and $5000 over MSRP, that right there is a major turn off, but I was looking at a jeep compass, which was at MSRP and that's fine, went in test drove it said I wanted to put a deposit on it because it was a specific edition ,worked with Mike in sales and he wouldn't take a deposit and he said it's not our policy that it should be fine and tomorrow just to come in and it'll bring the bank draft that we have for preapproval so I called him the next day in the morning he said yep everything's fine gonna get it cleaned up and everything and then he called me in the afternoon said somebody sold it I said well I wanted to give you deposit so he went and looked for another one for me, he found one at IG Burton in Berlin, got it shipped to Preston, we did all the paperwork we got you know 3 1/2 hours in the dealership, and when we're signing the paperwork, they slipped in a piece of paper that said binding arbitration agreement, I said, I'm not signing this, and signing my rights away, he went and got the finance manager. The finance manager said well if you don't sign it, we can't sell you the car, so my wife and I stood up and said OK I guess we're not buying the car and then he got right up to us and said that you're not gonna buy a new car anywhere because that's just required. I said no it's not, I looked it up on my phone and Delaware, is not a forced binding arbitration state, they waste a 3 1/2 hours of my time, I drove out to IG Burton in Berlin, Maryland, they said they never heard of such a thing, sold me a car gave me discounts that Preston didn't even tell me was available like fire, fighter, discounts, etc., I bought the car from them hassle free drove home in it last night, I'll never deal with Preston in millsboro, and they are the closest to my house, I can't believe they wanted me to sign my rights away, and lost a sale because of this, if you're looking for a Jeep product, go to IG Burton in Berlin, Maryland .

I purchased a car from England Motor Coach about three months ago and LOVE it. I haven't had any problems with it and am very happy. Recently though I was in an fender bender accident in a parking lot that damaged the vehicle so I took my car to England Motorcoach. They gave me a free estimate, handled the insurance claim process and even took me to get a rental! My car was out relatively quickly and looked like new. I had a promotional coupon too, which saved a little money. Overall, I am totally satisfied. Thank you guys again!
