I initially spoke with Frank to inquire about a scheduled maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with additional information about my car that I did not know. It was because of his thorough approach and willingness to answer my questions without hesitation that I chose your location to have my car serviced the following week. Frank took great care of me when I called to get my car serviced (not the scheduled maintenance). I was in a unique situation and my car was towed to your location. He informed me he would be away when my car would be serviced and that Jimmy would take good care of me. Jimmy did take excellent care, just like Frank. I was concerned that because "one employee" started my job and "another employee" would be picking it up, that I may fall through the cracks, as will happen sometime. That did not happen, Jimmy was well informed of my situation kept me up to date as information presented itself. Frank and Jimmy (and others) worked really hard to help me get my car back when the work was finished. I live in Delmar and my car had to be towed there (turned out it did not need to be) and I was in a jam unable to get there to pick it up. Your location offers a delivery service and I thought I lived too far away to get that service. Frank and Jimmy made magic for me. Another customer/car needed to go nearby and it worked out that you could deliver my car. This was one of the nicest experiences dealing with car problems that I have ever encountered. I felt that I was listened to and taken care of by a well trained team. I will definitely be bringing my car back for the scheduled maintenance in a few weeks. Thank you !!! More
