We had the absolute best experience with Scott, David, Bill and the entire team! They made the car buying experience enjoyable - unparalleled customer experience from the time my husband was shopping arou Bill and the entire team! They made the car buying experience enjoyable - unparalleled customer experience from the time my husband was shopping around and met Bill, to the minute we walked into the building. We leased our first electric car, and Scott took us through every feature, did demos, and never once made us feel rushed even as they were approaching close (which other dealers had made us feel). Even the financial part was enjoyable - great conversation! The team operated really well together, while one person was appraising the car, the other was cleaning the new car, another was making the copies we needed - we never felt a minute wasted.
