I had an issue with a 2022 4Runner with 31K Miles that I just purchased ( Still under Warranty) Brought it to Dowling and had it looked at. My previous vehicle was a 2007 Rav4 AWD. The Rav4 is Automatic AWD, or you can press a button to engage it from a stop, the 4Runner is quite different with a sequence that you must go through (some what confusing) to engage 4Lo/4Hi/2Hi/DAC/ATRAC. To make a long story short I was trying out the different systems and I got stuck in 4Lo and I could not get it out? Drove it in Reverse, than Forward (In 2Hi) but it would not disengage? So I called Dowling's Service Department while in the car for help and I get this guy Pat to ask for some guidance, and what do I get? A really nasty person talking down to me, telling me that I'm looking for trouble and that he was not going to help me!!! All I have to say is, this guy needs a Vacation! Completely disrespectful, Arrogant, full of himself (He said I have 37 Years of experience) BIG DEAL DUMMY! When you talk down to people, and not offer help you should be FIRED! Last time I'll go to this dealership! YOU SUCK! This is directed at Pat! Matt, and Chris where very good!
