Working with Steve Lang at Wallingford Toyota was a positive experience for both of us. He was extremely knowledgable and PATIENT. Steve answered all of our MANY questions and there wasn’t anything t positive experience for both of us. He was extremely knowledgable and PATIENT. Steve answered all of our MANY questions and there wasn’t anything that he didn’t seem confident in covering with us. He took his time and we never once felt pressured or rushed. We were looking at Toyota Siennas and since the dealership had a limited inventory, we did feel pressure to purchase what they had because of the nature of the demand and limited inventory and the limited window we personally had to purchase another vehicle. We did NOT feel pressure from Steve. His approach was more confident and encouragement rather than pressure. He is a skilled car salesman and is proud of Toyota and Toyota’s record. Steve also handled our trade-in with fairness and competence . We drove out of there knowing we made the right decision in our purchase of a Toyota AND in Steve. SO much so that we returned 2 months later and purchased a Camry! Steve was up front, transparent with pricing and again, a pleasure to do business with. What more could we ask for? Anthony Baur my sales really listened to what my wife was looking for. He did not hound us for things we were not interested in. Best part of all when the time came it was a home run. I have been a Toyota customer since 1984. I have not had a single bad experience. Water was getting trapped inside the door. They took care of the problem in a timely manner. I would never take my car anywhere else. My service writer is Conrad but only one employee is in the dropdown menu and she is not Conrad so I have to write his name in. I give Conrad 5 stars. More
