I must say Rachel was as pleasant and patient in person as she was the previous Friday on the phone and I believe I called 3 times to change the appointment and not 1 time did she get annoyed! He went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the car and his service. I wanted a Kia Sportage XS Prestige because I was looking for a high-tech car, and I found just the perfect sales person in Anthony. He knew everything about the car, was able to give me some great hacks on how to do things even more easily. Zero pressure. 100% knowledge and enthusiasm. This entire dealership is great… Jason another sales rep was super helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Jordan, the business manager stays on top of things and makes you feel right at home. Noah the first rep I encountered was knowledgeable and helpful. Josh in the finance office was a true professional as well! A lot of car dealerships claim that they are different… This one truly is - and you get that feeling as soon as you walk in the door. They are extremely welcoming, competitive with price, a huge selection in stock and a wonderful service department - they serviced another vehicle that leased before this one. One of the best experiences buying a car. All the staff were friendly and courteous. I told them I wanted to base the sale on the out the door price, not monthly payment and there was no pushback whatsoever. I was presented with a summary worksheet. We revised it a little bit and then I was given an updated one to sign. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I made an appointment for a test drive 2 days in advance and when I got there the car was not ready.

Have been servicing the car I bought there for five years. Last time I went there I had them them take snow tires off and put all season tires back on. I have since lost a lug nut off a tire and another lug nut is cross threaded and had to be cut off. This is just not acceptable from a dealership and I will not go back.
