Very disappointed I have brought my car to the dealership many times over the past years for a vac and wash. Called 2 weeks ago to schedule it as I am flying out to Florida today for the winter. They schedul many times over the past years for a vac and wash. Called 2 weeks ago to schedule it as I am flying out to Florida today for the winter. They scheduled it for 7:30 Am I replied 7:30 it is usually 9 am. Well got there at 7:30am today and NO service until 9 am So I had to leave and return 1 1/2 hr later. No happy😩 More

Two summers in a row this service center tried to fix the AC in my brand new car-2024 Kia Telluride. This summer my car was in 3 different times for a total of 7 weeks!!! When I had my car the AC was unrelia AC in my brand new car-2024 Kia Telluride. This summer my car was in 3 different times for a total of 7 weeks!!! When I had my car the AC was unreliable- always chose not to work on the hottest days! Needless to say I was not happy. We truly won’t know if the AC is fixed until next summer and we experience hot days. Time will tell. More
