She even sat right in the car with her and walked through all the features so that when my mom drove off, she felt completely at ease. My mom was thrilled, and honestly, so was I. And if she didn’t know the answer she forwarded to me someone who did. Steve & Jorge in finance jumped through hoops to get me every detail I requested. I didn’t get any attitudes or back talk. Everyone was truly professional yet extremely friendly. Ouafaa answered my texts no matter what time of day it was. And Mike… such a gem. It took me almost 3 weeks but I finally went through with my purchase of the Kia Sorrento & I absolutely LOVE IT!!
