The staff are phenomenal. I love how professional everyone is. I’m impressed by how detailed they are. Jennifer is great always has a smile on her face very welcoming. It was confusing coming for service the first time, I was not informed to head to garage door bay and was trying to find parking in a tight lot. My advisor was nice and they did send msg that ‘paperwork was not informed to head to garage door bay and was trying to find parking in a tight lot. My advisor was nice and they did send msg that ‘paperwork was being finished’ but didn’t say it was them/kia so I reported it as spam bc I didn’t know what it was with no context hours later. I got picked up because it was going to take a while but I did not notice where the waiting room would be if I had to stay. More
