Nick Kropelninicki scanned my Jeep on the 20th and was amazingly helpful, I won't be able to have my jeep serviced there because of my extended warranty but he gave me all the info I needed about what was possibly happening with my Jeep. He printed out my codes and a Star case to give the techs doing the work. After working in customer service for nearly 20 years myself I know how much patience it takes to calm a stressed customer. I will be using this service center for anything I need in the future. Thanks Nick!

But I want to let anyone know if you’re looking to buy a car I would suggest Nick Holmes at Larry H Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on 104th. He really made sure that things were taken care of on the car if there was an issue, and I felt that he took care of the car as if this was his own. The price we got was great. I would actually go back to him again. My daughter bought her first car they she worked really hard for and he was awesome to work with and so many things that he gave to her for her car. I work in the car manufacturing industry and I’m very critical of dealerships and them really being their customers. Nick was truly amazing.

Please Never do business here. Extremely poor customer service after the contract was signed. Very high dealer fees, and add ons making every purchase almost $1600 more than advertised. I already felt pressured when buying, and when the delivery of the vehicle was delayed several hours I got the runaround by several different people. It was only when I threatened to unwind the deal did they actually deliver the car. Verbal understandings meant nothing. I will never buy again from this dealer, and I hope my review persuades at least one other person to buy a vehicle elsewhere.

Do NOT trust this dealership! They don't even try to have customer service! I don't even think they have technical experience on Jeeps! They send it back, after 4 days at the dealership, and tell us see if it is still running bad! They admitted that they hadn't even looked at the vehicle! REALLY! Did they think the Jeep fairy came in and fixed it while they were sleeping? So sad that Pueblo has such inadequate businesses!

Joe in the service department was a tremendous help! I live full time in my converted dodge ram promaster and took it in to have my breaks be replaced. He really went out of his way to assure that I would have my van be done before closing so I can sleep in my home. The dealership carried different break pads that didn’t match my vehicle so he took the time to leave and pick up the correct pads to make sure I have my van back before the night. The service department/dealership is lucky to have him and I will definitely come back to this location because of Joe’s customer service!!

I had been searching for a new Ram Power Wagon for a while and while searching I discovered Christopher Ram Dodge, From the minute I inquired about the vehicle I was searching for I was contacted by John, made my appointment and I arrived the very next day, they made e a very decent offer on my trade that was at the 300,000 mile mark, and within 30 minutes I was out the door in my new vehicle, now don't get me wrong I put down a large down payment plus the trade and I was gone, patience is not one of my virtues, I'm very happy with my new vehicle, I am extremely happy with the sales folks John and Hai, when I go to purchase another vehicle, It will be here, yes they get 5 stars from me.

Feel so wronged and hussled for over almost $1,000. Took our vehicle in for a broken A/C. They advised that a condenser was punctured and needed replacement and that should fix the issue. We picked the vehicle up and the lady said it's all fixed but the A/C should take a minute to kick in but it's working. Had a quick drive and it never blew cold but it was also towards end of Friday business so just drove home. Monday brought the vehicle back as it was definitely still blowing hot air. They advised they'll check it out again. A week later, get a call that they further more thoroughly diagnosed there is a punctured hose that is leaking air so that is why the A/C is not fixed however this is common in old cars but now an ADDITIONAL $2,200 repair. So, if this is common, why was this not assessed in the initial diagnostic when we came to a Jeep EXPERT to tell us what needed to be repaired to fix the A/C? Why would you not double check all related potential issues and talk a customer into a repair that wasn't going to fix the issue they came to you with. Now, out $900 for an unnecessary repair. Of course we would have never repaired it if the dialogue was we think this is the issue but of course we didn't FULLY DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE FROM THE START there could be something else. We would have to have just not repaired it, saved ourselves over $900 and the of course their words "understaffed staff's" time in fixing our vehicle. Feel beyond ripped off and sick about this waste of time, money, and level of service. My family members and I have been loyal Berthod customers for decades. Not only purchased so many vehicles as well as been loyal in many big service jobs. SO disheartening to have this outcome from a dealership we've trusted and been such good customers. Beyond disappointed this was our situation with no apologies or customer service in attempting to rectify this situation.

I have bought 3 BRAND NEW vehicles from Morehart MURPHY in the last 3 years. A 1500 ram, Jeep Grand Cherokee and a jeep gladiator. There sales people have been good to work with but there service department is the worst I have ever seen at any dealership. One more example, today at 1130am Jan11th I called them to schedule an appointment to rebalance my tires that are 35” and to do an alignment . The Lady in service said the soonest would be the end of February for both. I told her does not buying 3 Brand new vehicles in 3 years count for anything? She then told me we don’t balance any tires that are not factory. I called Advantage Chrysler in Farmington NM and they said bring it in now and they would have all completed in a couple of hours. I did and they had both items completed as they promised and did a really good job. Again I spent over 100 grand cash at Morehart Murphy in less then 3 years and that is the appreciation I get meaning no appreciation. I don’t know how that service department stays in business. I highly recommend Advantage Chrysler in Farmington even if it may be a little farther to drive to.

Out of 4 vehicles I bought here. Two wound up with blown engines, the last one being a 2020. Both vehicles blew engines within two weeks of purchase. I was told it would be 5 weeks till they could even get it in to be looked at much less repaired. In the wait I ordered a new gladiator based on interest rates rising and wait time. I wound up purchasing from another dealer while waiting. Got an excellent interest rate and great incentives on a 2022 ecodiesel model. It came in at $42k the gasser from Victory came in at over $50k over original order price. I took my 2022 in for a warranty claim on a cracked windshield. The service staff laughed, without writing anything stated jeep would turn down the claim. Never mind there are internet posts as to jeep replacing glass. Some words were exchanged, I left. End of story? No. The owner called me threatening me, telling me they won't do my warranty work. To take it back to the dealer I bought it from. Steer clear of this dealer. Huge reputation for selling junk and in this case, calling my work number to complain about a personal problem.
