Worst dealer experience of my life. The sunroof is broken on my truck. Took it to AN on the 18th and as of the 29th the service department literally has not performed a minute of ser The sunroof is broken on my truck. Took it to AN on the 18th and as of the 29th the service department literally has not performed a minute of service on the vehicle. So far, I'm $750 in the hole on rental cars. I tried to come pick up the truck and take it someplace else and the service tech said to me "the windshield is off so you can't drive it. And we also can't get to it for at least another week." Okay so let me get this straight. You've had the truck for 11 days and nothing has been done. The windshield is off the truck because I called SafeLite and had them pull it off. I asked ya'll about a courtesy vehicle and I keep getting told "there are none." In case you forgot you're a dealership. Your lot is full of vehicles. So what are you going to do? You've gotten myself and your business in a bad spot. You just keep telling me to wait, however you haven't done anything to the truck besides make it undriveable. Another week before you can even begin work (maybe, we'll see) on the truck. So why did you take my appointment? You knew what was up. You saw the broken sunroof. You knew what this was going to be. Why'd you take possession of the vehicle in the first place? And now that I'm ready to walk away and take the truck someplace else you say that I can't even come get it and drive it out of there? Poor customer service from Dodge Ram Colorado Springs dealership. they shipped vehicle with known engine codes. Within 24 hours of delivery the engine light came on.
