Mr. Frank provided my wife and myself with absolutely great service. Our 2004 Audi A4 Avant 3.0 incurred a engine cooling system failure; the repair was very difficult. It took 10 days to get all the needed parts, install them and test the car. Mr. Frank continued to daily inform us in detail about the progress in repairing the car. I recently had my lease in the shop for 3 weeks following an accident. From start to finish, Cesar Rosales and Nick Xenos at Autonation Collision Center stayed on top of every detail. Initial contact was with Cesar: he squeezed me in, so I brought my car to him the same day I called. He provided a ballpark assessment and handled all the details with the insurance appraiser/claims department. Then, Nick Xenos and his team started on the body work quickly. Both of them kept me fully apprised every couple of days. In the end, the team delivered ahead of schedule and wow, my car looks amazing again! What a pleasure to witness customer service, professionalism, and pride of work at the highest caliber! This crew is doing things right! Thank you for a stellar experience.

I'm a big fan of AutoNation (formerly RepairSmith). I have a large van that is challenging to get service done on. Having them come to me and do the service in my driveway is a gamechanger! The technicians are thorough, fast and very nice. I never feel like I'm being upsold on additional products and appreciate their professionalism. The 4-Star rating (minus 1 star) is for the scheduling department and their inconsistent scheduling. I've been using this service for years and on multiple occasions I've either had to completely reschedule due to a no-show ("technician wasn't attached to my appointment"), or the tech has shown up in the very last minutes of a 5 hr time window. This inconsistency is a real problem and makes me question if I should try a competitor. Alas their technicians are so great I will likely stay the course.

I am so grateful for the service I received from Leon H in the Service Center. My 2015 A3 needed it's 35K Mile Service Maintenance and he had everything handled from the first phone call I made to make the appointment, to the time I pick up my car when it was finished. He was so detail oriented, it blew me away! He pretty much had the paperwork done before I even got there. All my questions were answered before I could even ask them. So my job was done before I there. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and you're very lucky to have him as an employee! Thank you Leon for your service! and Thank you Elk Grove Audi, because you all ROCK!..You all were so very nice! Consumers are always ready to complain but yet seldom do they praise!

My Aston Martin battery died on a Friday night and the service advisor Ian Labrecque was on the phone trying to find a tow company who could take the car to the dealer for repair. he was with us on the phone until 10pm . I have not experienced such great service from any other dealer. He even explained to the tow truck driver how to charge the battery and its location. Simply amazing service. I consider myself very lucky to have this dealership in our valley.

Great service. Treated with respect and was given a discount which I forgot the coupon at home. My son and daughter looked at all the new models in the showroom and if I was younger I would have thought about trading in my 2017. By the way, my 2017 still operates perfectly. I would suggest you think about reducing the side mirrors for short people. Hard to see lakefront side approaching cars at intersections without my stretching my head over the mirror.

Service Advisor David D is great at his job. He checks in regularly w/o prompting and was able to get my recalls and TSBs completed. I have worked with David the day prior on another Audi and happened to chat with him about open recall 47UP for my car. He checked and parts had just become available that day- in fact, my car was the very 1st one that they were going to perform this on. David was able to save me an EV loaner while my car was in the shop. Even better since I had mentioned that I was going to be out of town for work during the week- when my car was completed 2 days before my return, he made arrangements to have my car delivered home and pick up loaner. That was a time saver! and xxxxxxto the porter who drove the car- he came back at my request to repark the car since I wasn't available.
