Ralph listened to my concerns about my tire mysteriously
leaking air. He explained his approach to investigate the issue. He was very patient and kind.. for 2 days after my 1st visit, I didn't see the tire
leaking air. He explained his approach to investigate the issue. He was very patient and kind.. for 2 days after my 1st visit, I didn't see the tire leaking. He had promised that if the problem continues, they would replace the tire.
The tire begin to show leakage again and they found a small hole. Ralph was going to replace the tire with a different brand than what was on my vehicle.I had to return yet a 3rd time to get this resolved. This ordeal cost me 12 1/2 hours and 300+miles not to mention traveling on one of the most dangerous highways in Cali.
I am recommending this center because I am hopeful that my experience was a one-off. I believe service could be better.
