Buyer Beware - This dealership is an example of why people don't trust car sales If you're considering buying a car here, be very careful. Once the sale is done, don't expect them to follow through on promises or even return your calls. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had it delivered last year. During the delivery walk-around, I immediately noticed a paint chip on the car. The person who delivered it acknowledged the damage, took photos, and assured me it would be taken care of. That was the last I ever heard from him. Despite multiple follow-ups via calls and text, no one at the dealership responded. Eventually we reached someone in client relations and later spoke directly with the General Manager. Not only was the GM dismissive and unhelpful, but he also denied the previous acknowledgment from his own employee. According to him, the person who delivered my car no longer remembers the damage -- even though he took photos at the time. Leadership starts at the top - and this GM failed. The experience has been incredibly frustrating. I was promised a resolution and treated as if my concerns didn't matter. The lack of professionalism and accountability from this dealership is unacceptable.

Sales staff was good however they reviewed my trade in and tried to low ball me because the hood was out of alignment, that’s 10 minutes and a wrench to fix, missing head rest, which was in the trunk and some paint on vendor that needed buffed out, maybe 30 minutes with a buffer would fix. I almost left, petty little stuff was all they could find. Meanwhile they only had one key for the new vehicle which is a significant cost to replace and it wasn’t disclosed until after the sale and it was like. Sorry can’t help you.

Service advisers supposed to do what ? Think about that for a moment. You bring your vehicle for service more specific transmission service. Service adviser let’s call him Dan. He recommends from behind his desk “it’s cheaper just to replace whole transmission” for $10,000 with 3 year warranty and unlimited mileage. Ford transit connect 2022 120,000 miles. Okay we agree because I need a vehicle to work. He doesn’t care about how I’m going to pay for this, keeps vehicle for almost a month, when finally I get back, not to mention communication is bad, Dan will say I called you and left a voicemail, I get everyone’s voicemail but for some reason I don’t get Dan calls and finally I get the vehicle and it’s done properly, here we go start playing phone tag, I called Diamond Ford asking for Dan, they transfer you and you wait, and wait, and wait. He doesn’t care about your schedule or how you doing, for some reason I have to call again and after finally speaking with him we agree to bring vehicle in checkout. Here we ago again phone tag. And he’s so sure he called you and left message all the time, I believe he actually believes that he’s picking up the phone and making the call. So the service adviser and mechanic don’t communicate between each other, I strongly believe this because the reason the vehicle was not done properly was of a under support was not good. And you (customer) start thinking and even a 15 year old will say “wait, if they had the transmission out and you see all the moving parts on the vehicle and your mounting the transmission would’ve see that support, and mention to the service advisor (Dan)” then he would “ADVISE” to customer” and had to pay another $3000. And isn’t weird how you bring for service and suddenly more issues arise. I like reviews, it helps us decide where to go and boycott bad service. Good luck to all at AV area. We cannot blame human nature we all being there, it could be age, younger he’s just learning, older going to retired, middle age are just thief. Diamond Ford is just the onetime money maker. In money nobody cares about you, at the beginning your welcome with open arms but then, true colors come out. And get this, they believe their right and you don’t know any better.
