From start to finish, my experience with Ryan at the car - Be_gom

From start to finish, my experience with Ryan at the car dealership was amazing! I did not expect to have such a pleasant experience at a car dealership. My baby and I were treated with respect and care, I was offered assistance, all of my questions were answered, I was provided a room to breastfeed in, and I was offered food and drink. In every step of the way, Ryan always had patience with me, with a very willing demeanor, and such a positive attitude. All of the staff was very nice and welcoming, but Ryan’s role on this day was pivotal. He helped me jump through every hurdle with ease, comfort, and care. As a first time buyer, buying a car was a huge life decision for me. I have to admit I was a bit hesistant and unknowledgeable about everything. I thank God that Ryan was there for my family and I on that day. We left the dealership happy and with a new car. Ryan was the real MVP that day and I hope his great efforts and hard work are seen and recognized and compensated! Thank you Ryan and everyone at Ken Garff Gateway Chevrolet! :-)

I had an appalling experience at Chapman Hyundai Phoenix - Raj

I had an appalling experience at Chapman Hyundai Phoenix today when returning my lease vehicle. After arriving to complete a standard lease return, I was kept waiting for over an hour. When I was finally addressed by Manager George Salman, the situation went from frustrating to completely unacceptable. Upon learning that I was returning the lease without purchasing or leasing my next vehicle directly from their location, George Salman behaved in an extremely rude, hostile, and dismissive manner. He ultimately told me to get out of the dealership simply because I chose to buy my new car elsewhere. The lack of basic courtesy, total disregard for a returning customer's time, and the unprofessional, aggressive behavior displayed by George Salman was appalling. No customer returning a vehicle should be subjected to hostililty or thrown out for making an independent purchasing decision. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this location and its management. I will not be returning to Chapman Hyundai Phoenix for any future sales or service needs.

Our auto is a VW Tiguan and the 2nd one we have owned. - acpc3204

Our auto is a VW Tiguan and the 2nd one we have owned. Prior VW autos we owned over decades were convertible beetle, square backs and Passat. Having work done on our vehicles over many years and I can say the service manager, Jeff at Gilbert VW dealership is very good with us every time. Trust and confidence is huge these days and we feel like Jeff takes great care of us each time. We always ask for him if by chance we dont see him when bring our cars in for service because we trust him. Thank you.

This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve - Jas091075

This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I was coming out of a really stressful situation after my previous car was totaled, and Matt and Chuck truly took care of me. They worked so hard behind the scenes to make the numbers work and get me into a 2026 Trax ACTIV at an incredible price. I felt respected, supported, and never pressured. They listened to my situation and really went the extra mile to help me. I honestly feel like they gave me a deal that set me up for success, not just a sale. I’m so grateful for their help and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Everything went well. - ruddymorales1967

Everything went well. Joe Powell made our purchase of our new truck a great experience. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable of the product. He facilitated everything we needed and went the extra mile to help us so we could get exactly what we wanted. He made us feel comfortable and reassured us through the process. He kept us informed on the status of our vehicle and even helped us with transportation to receive our truck. I will return and buy my next vehicle from Sanderson Ford and request Joe as my sales representative.

They kept my Jeep for five days and did absolutely - mrdanlewis2

They kept my Jeep for five days and did absolutely nothing to it. An appointment was scheduled through Larry H. Miller Chrysler Dodge Ram Avondale's website for 7:00 AM Monday, September 14, for my 2014 Jeep Patriot. Their virtual assistant confirmed the appointment and said someone would follow up. Nobody ever did, but because the appointment had been confirmed, I brought the Jeep in Monday morning as scheduled. When I arrived, my service advisor, Jose Burghardt, told me it could take three days just to diagnose the vehicle and look at the brakes. I was surprised by that timeframe and took a few minutes to decide whether I wanted to leave it. I ultimately agreed, and Jose told me he would try to put a rush on it. By Saturday, September 19—five days after I left my Jeep with them—I had received no update whatsoever. Their status system still showed my vehicle as “Received,” so I finally called the service department myself. Jose confirmed that absolutely nothing had been done to my Jeep. No diagnostic. No brake inspection. No work at all. I told Jose that I wanted my Jeep back and specifically confirmed that no work had been performed and there would be no unexpected charges. Jose told me he would have the Jeep moved so it would be ready for pickup and that he would call me back in five minutes. That call never came. I finally spent $20 on a Lyft to return to the dealership and retrieve my Jeep. Jose was again the person I dealt with. After the dealership had kept my vehicle from Monday until Saturday without performing a single service, the response I received was essentially that this was simply how their process worked. There was no meaningful apology or acknowledgment of the complete lack of communication or the additional transportation expense I incurred while my Jeep sat there untouched. A diagnostic backlog is one thing. If you're several days behind, tell customers that upfront and let them decide whether they're willing to wait. Telling me a diagnostic could take three days is very different from keeping my vehicle for five days without even beginning the diagnostic. Taking possession of my vehicle, doing absolutely nothing with it for five days, providing no proactive communication, failing to follow through on promised callbacks, and then treating my frustration as though this is perfectly normal is unacceptable. If someone had simply communicated with me, I could have picked up my Jeep days earlier and taken it somewhere that could actually look at it. I left on September 19 with my Jeep in exactly the condition it was in when I brought it there on September 14—except I had lost five days and another $20 getting back to the dealership. I would not trust this service department with my vehicle again. ************ UPDATE 9/24/26: I want to specifically recognize Jordyn Castellano for the way she handled this situation after my original review. Once Jordyn became involved, the difference was night and day. She contacted us directly, listened to our concerns, arranged a rental vehicle while the Jeep was back at the dealership, and personally took responsibility for getting the situation addressed. The diagnostic and inspections we originally brought the Jeep in for were completed promptly, and she arranged to have a new engine cover installed at no charge. Because of the confidence she restored in the process, we also chose to have two additional maintenance items completed while the Jeep was there. Jordyn was responsive, professional, and genuinely appeared interested in making the situation right. We greatly appreciate the way she handled the resolution, and her response is the reason our overall impression of the dealership has improved. My original review remains because that experience did happen and I believe it is important to leave an accurate account of it. However, it is equally important to give credit when someone steps in and handles a problem well, and Jordyn absolutely deserves that credit.

Joseph Ramos made my car leasing experience a breeze. - lpedrego

Joseph Ramos made my car leasing experience a breeze. I reached out to him over the weekend and let him know I was looking for an iX, which has been discontinued. He made sure to ask all the right questions. By Monday he had found multiple options to choose from, provided a quote, and arranged to have my car shipped in from out of state. Joseph provided meaningful updates everyday and had me fill out all the paperwork remotely. Less than 2 weeks later I picked up my car and spent less than an hour at the dealership as a result of Joseph's proactive efforts. He was efficient, professional, and I will gladly work with Joseph Ramos again when my lease is up.

We have been long-time clients with the Service - User-b3b5b6c121

We have been long-time clients with the Service Department at Land Rover Chandler, and have never had a bad experience. The Service Manager along with our Service Representatives have always been extremely responsive to our needs and have treated our Range Rover Sport like it was their own car!

I went to test drive a car and we were the first one - LJ Samual

I went to test drive a car and we were the first one looking at it. Met with the finance manager to run our credit to get the lowest rate but then another customer came by to look at the car too. We were the first ones there and yet sold the cat to the other customer. People working there were rude and not attentive.

So my wife and I went to Casa Nissan in Prescott and - akita801

So my wife and I went to Casa Nissan in Prescott and bought this Used 2021 Honda Pilot on Saturday September 26th 2026. We were assured that this car had all its maintenance and assured that all safety recalls had been taken care of. But before we signed final docs we were told that actually this car didn’t have the recall work completed while owned by Casa Nissan. We said no worries, we can take it in ourselves. Now, as I write this, our car is at Honda and they are telling us that we have a timing belt tensioner that is leaking hydraulic fluid and if it’s not fixed it can cause catastrophic engine damage. I called the dealership and all the apathetic Sales Manager said was, “you should have got the bumper to bumper warranty”. Don’t buy a car from these folks they refused to even split the cost with me and wouldn’t even get on the phone with the Honda mechanic. They let my wife and I drive away in a car unfit for the road. Glad I don’t have to go back.

I’m on my third vehicle exchange and when the vehicle - george23

I’m on my third vehicle exchange and when the vehicle finally arrived the collision light is on. I said, here we go again. I reached out to Silver Rock and they directed me to take it to Pep Boys. Frustrated, as I've been without a vehicle all this time. Pep Boys informed me they couldn't resolve the issue as it was electrical, so I had to go to the dealership. I was told that since my car's warranty had expired and I was using Silver Rock, a third-party warranty, they couldn't provide a rental. It would take a couple of days before I'd know if Silver Rock would cover the electrical issue, and if approved, they'd have my vehicle next week. I only had this third vehicle for a day before it needed repairs. When I contacted Carvana about my most recent issue and the checks that were supposed to be mailed, I discovered neither checks had been sent. After reaching out to the highest level of management, it turned out the $500 check was created but never sent, and they had to resubmit the $300 check while I was on the call. The supervisor I spoke with said she couldn’t expedite the payments or send them via ACH, I would have to wait for regular mail. I expressed all the issues I've faced and suggested there should be a better way. She insisted mail was the only option and said they couldn't help with a rental car or any refunds. She advised calling Silver Rock, which offers an option to rent a car with the promise of reimbursement. However, I've already spent extra money out of pocket, and now my only option is to spend more and hope to be reimbursed. I’ve had to spend a significant amount of money out of pocket without any support from Carvana. I strongly suggest exploring other options before choosing to do business with them. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the frustrating experience I’m dealing with it feels like once they secure your business, they’re quick to move on to the next customer.

It looks like they will set a schedule for the customer - John16az

It looks like they will set a schedule for the customer to show up but not inform the customer it's been delayed. I brought my car in at 9am, it is now 3pm (for a recall fix of a windshield). I was told it should only take 1-2 hours once the windshield company shows up. The tech said the company contacted him at 8:30am and said they overbooked. He just told me this @ 3:08pm. He had info before my appointment but didn't think to notify me. I am very upset and disappointed with the service department.

This review is about the Chapman dealership for Dodge ram - longshotconger

This review is about the Chapman dealership for Dodge ram Chrysler Jeep. I saw on their advertisement on their web for a ram 2500. It was a 2014 ram longhorn and I was interested in it. I called and talked to the salesman Quinton Middlebrooks who explained the vehicle to me and we set up a date and time for us to meet and go over what was required for me to purchase this 2500 Ram Long Horn. I arrived at Chapman Chrysler, Ram, Jeep in Scottsdale Arizona. The truck was already pulled up in front of the sales area for me to look at up close and personal . Clinton is a relatively new salesman for Chapman Dealership and he was very attentive and answered all my questions. If he was not sure about the answer he immediately checked with another salesman to make sure he had the correct answer. We went for a test ride in the most beautiful used truck I have ever seen. Upon returning to the dealership I was directed to his office and began filling out the application to start the buying process. You’re the time I was at Chapman dealership. I was introduced to other people in their south and area and also with the finance department and was offered copy. Anything else that I needed? Everyone was very professional very friendly and any questions I have they took my application and came back and we started the process of moving forward. I had a 2004 Ford pick up that I was going to use as a trade-in and they took it in at the mechanic area service area check it out and put a value on the trade-in as the talk went on. I was never pressured to buy this truck. I was always treated in the most professional manner that I would say was the best buying experience of an automobile that I’ve had in my entire life and I have bought a lot of cars. Clinton was always Johnny on the spot making sure that I knew exactly what the status was in my application if there was anything else they needed, and I was making sure that I was comfortable and a very relaxed, friendly professional dealership.i am happy to say that I am now the proud owner of a very clean 2014 Ram 2500 Long Horn which has a lot of extras on it including a 5th wheel hitch. After the sale was completed Clinton gave me the keys and then personally sat inside the truck and went over the different features of my truck making sure that I understood how they operated and pointing out a lot of the features that I was not aware of. I was given a complete CARFAX report at no cost and also a list of what was included in my truck. The dealership accepted my trade in and Clinton was there to assist me in transferring my personal property into my Ram 2500. His immediate help in making sure that I had the best experience I have ever had. Thank you Clinton and Chapman Dealership for working with me and making sure that I had a terrific experience. I will recommend Clinton Middlebrooks and Chapman Dodge Chrysler Ram Jeep Dealership to all my friends and family.

My family recently purchased a Chevy Tahoe from Cactus - M in Tucson

My family recently purchased a Chevy Tahoe from Cactus Auto, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel stressful, but the entire team made the process easy, straightforward, and enjoyable. Everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. They answered all of our questions, gave us plenty of time to look over the Tahoe, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. The financing process was smooth, and everything was explained clearly with no surprises. The Tahoe was exactly as advertised, clean, and in great condition. We left feeling confident that we made the right decision for our family. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats customers with respect and makes the buying experience simple and hassle-free, I would definitely recommend Cactus Auto. Thanks again to the entire team—we’re loving our new Tahoe!

Awful experience! - mom of 4

Awful experience! At first salesperson seemed so kind and helpful and made many promises. After purchase, we meant nothing to her! We were totally ignored after she made the sale. Beware, many promises in talk but absolutely no action! I would never purchase from this dealer again.

Paul Fernandez was a great deal of help to us in buying a - Daearreokn

Paul Fernandez was a great deal of help to us in buying a Kia Carnival. Not many of these vehicles produced so far and this one happened to be close to us at a VW dealer. Didn’t matter that it’s not his specialty, he knew the vehicle top to bottom and helped us learn all the features. He made our deal happen in under 3 hours financing and all. Immediate responses and well done video/photo documentation to help us feel comfortable to travel and get it. Kept his cool through a major hiccup where we were accidentally told the vehicle was sold and were quite upset. Paul was apologetic and assured us we would still get our beautiful car! This guy was honest, this guy went above and beyond to get everything done so we could get exactly the financing we needed. We call him Cool Guy Paul around here now and you should too.
