He did an excellent job explaining the technical differences between the trim packages, difference between the car styles we were considering, and helping us make sure we got a car that met our needs: flat towable, good for dirt roads, etc. I would definitely recommend that you call ahead and set up an appointment with Justin if you are looking for a vehicle. He is so easy to communicate with, he will make you comfortable, and he will answer your questions.

Should not take 4 months to get parts, they do work I told them not to and charged me. I took my car in in April and they said the turbo needed replacement. It took 4 months, numerous phone calls and visits and then an angry call from me for them to finally figure out how to get the parts. Also in April I asked how much to replace my headlight, they said $132, that included $100 labor. I told them to take that off the repair order so I assumed when I went in last week to get my turbo replaced that the headlight was taken off like I told them to. Well, they didn't do their job and didn't take it off so they replaced the headlight and charged me. That was not right,

They had a 2500hd truck I wished to get some info on and Andrea quickly answered all of my questions about the truck. It wasn't at the dealership yet but was on its way from the manufacturer. Long story short, we worked out the deal over the phone, including the value of my trade-in, and I decided to purchase the truck. The entire deal was done over the phone including the financing. When I arrived at the dealership all I had to do was go into Brady's office (finance), sign the contract, give them my down payment and trade-in and was on my way. Eric the sales manager even had one of their employees give me a ride to the airport 45 miles away. I've purchased many vehicles in my years and this was, by far, the easiest and most seamless purchase I have ever done. I would gladly do business with this dealership in the future.
