Paul always goes above and beyond, genuinely looking out for his customers and making sure the entire process is smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, honesty, and dedication are the reasons we continue to come back. This time, we worked directly with Dureen Olson, and she was absolutely fantastic. She is incredibly knowledgeable about Cadillac and all of the latest features and technology. What impressed us the most was the amount of time and care she invested after the sale. Even after the dealership had closed on a Friday evening, Dureen stayed late to walk us through every setting, feature, and capability of the vehicle to ensure we were comfortable and able to take full advantage of everything it offers. At no point did the process feel overly sales-focused. Dureen genuinely cared about helping us find the right vehicle for our needs and budget, and her attention to detail and customer-first approach made the experience enjoyable and memorable. We were also extremely impressed with Cadillac’s latest lineup, especially the new electric models. In my opinion, Cadillac has created a vehicle that surpasses many foreign luxury competitors and Tesla when it comes to styling, technology, luxury, and overall value. Extremely disappointing experience at Coulter GMC. I’ve purchased many new vehicles in my life and consider myself an informed consumer, and this dealership seemed very unhappy that I understood the n I’ve purchased many new vehicles in my life and consider myself an informed consumer, and this dealership seemed very unhappy that I understood the numbers and questioned unnecessary charges. I originally came in to look at two trucks, but somehow one of them was suddenly unavailable during my appointment. Conveniently, it was the truck with more options at nearly the same price. Right away it felt like they were trying to push me toward the lesser-equipped truck instead. Then came the advertised rebates and financing offers that apparently could not actually be combined once we sat down to discuss the deal. That immediately felt like bait-and-switch tactics. The dealership also tried adding nearly $2,000 in “mandatory” extras I never asked for, including: $100 for nitrogen in the tires Around $500 for a “KeyFetch” key replacement program Window tint and other add-ons When I questioned these charges, I was basically told, “This is what we do when we sell vehicles.” Customers should not be forced into paying for unnecessary add-ons just to buy a vehicle. The financing process was even worse. Salesman Joe, the GM, and finance manager Ryan told me 5.75% through Global was the “best rate available.” After checking myself, I found out customers can apply directly online and get 5.5%. Same story with GAP insurance: they attempted to charge around $1,000, but Global itself offers it for about $495. At that point it became obvious I needed to fact-check everything myself. All I wanted was a clean purchase agreement with: Advertised price Tax Title Registration Standard doc fee No forced extras. No inflated products. No games. Instead, the entire experience felt shady, misleading, and unnecessarily confrontational because I refused to be taken advantage of. Buying a vehicle should not feel like a battle over hidden fees and misleading financing information. Very frustrating experience. More

My wife & I recently (1 week ago) purchased a new Cadillac CT 4-V from Coulter Cadillac- Phoenix. As a new car purchase it was an exceptionally easy and good experience. I encourage anyone considering a new Cadillac in their future to read my Coulter Google Review as an honest experience you can depend on. We were again down in the Valley this weekend for my wife’s birthday and stopped by Coulter Cadillac Phoenix to ask (again) a couple of questions regarding which button/toggle does what. Even after a week we were greeted by name as we entered, and our Salesman, Andrew Emerson, actually took 1-1/2 hrs to sit in the car with us rehashing all the many operational details. This after having done it a week prior. This additional time that Andrew took with us I refer to as “value added service”, and we are very grateful that Coulter places this value on their post sales & customer care. I believe this kind of service to be built into the “Coulter Culture.” Coulter Cadillac Phoenix…most highly recommended. More
