I had another great experience working with Linda on the lease of my new Cadillac LYRIQ. I’m a repeat customer of this dealership and have worked with Linda before, which is why I was happy to return to her lease of my new Cadillac LYRIQ. I’m a repeat customer of this dealership and have worked with Linda before, which is why I was happy to return to her for my new vehicle. Once again, she was professional, responsive, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure I was happy with the entire experience. I also want to recognize her managers, Ryan and Paul. During the process, Linda had some scheduled time off, and Ryan and Paul stepped in to assist while she was away. The transition was seamless, and they made sure everything continued moving forward and that I was well taken care of. There’s a reason I continue to come back to this dealership and to Linda. The customer service, personal attention, and follow-through from Linda, Ryan, and Paul made the entire leasing experience a positive one. I would absolutely recommend Linda and the team to anyone looking for a Cadillac. More

The out of state vehicle purchase process wasn’t the best. Paperwork got messed up multiple times. We bought a used minivan from Coulter's. Both were nice & professional. We came in pre-approved through our credit union. Tony & his Sales Manager did push a bit to try & get us to use one of their lenders. We stuck to our guns since we already had a good rate. I would very likely use them again. Just do your homework on what fair market value on the vehicle is negotiate the added fees down. More
