She rode with me on a test drive, and explained the various features, and operations. The finance manager explained finance options and reviewed the paperwork,payments,warranty and service plans included. My sales consultant walked with me to the service department right across the street, and introduced me to the service manager. I got a cup of coffee too, while she got the keys. After the service department washed the vehicle, put temporary license plate on, gave me 2 sets of keys and my copy of the contract and paperwork.. They were very professional and courteous. More
