I recently brought my Honda Accord in for service and was completely satisfied. My service manager was Paul Landry. He was excellent. He explained to me the problem with the car and diligently addressed a remedy. He provided a loaner and assured me he would have a seasoned mechanic complete the work. I am completely satisfied with Paul. He was beyond helpful and gives me a reason to return to this dealership for additional needed repairs in the future. This man deserves recognition from management and a raise. You want to keep good people around.

She reaches out to let me know when they find something requiring attention and explains why service is required. I only take my car when I call to confirm Leah is going to be there.

Kristin needs a raise she is a ray of sunshine made the experience of paying for the services rendered very pleasant, she explained everything that was done and recommended the services that need to be done in the future meaning next 2 visits. I would definitely recommend Sam Boswell GMC/Buick's service department.

Hughes Auto service Fixed my Hyudai, the part was put on wrong then they charged me again to put the right part on when the manager agreed to waive the service charge, the charge was on the bill anyway. Also Dean Team Hyundai did not fix my service problem back in November when they first had, said they did not have time.

Bought a 2018 pilot in 2019 at Procter Honda. Good deal, service ok (kinda cold), had car serviced at Bay Honda, service is unorganized slow and not customer oriented (prices too high, they try to sell you stuff you don't need) heard about Skinner in dothan. Called them about service really nice. Service was fast, customer oriented and ended up less than what they quoted. Very Happy customer, thank you.

11 minutes ago NEW This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Honda dealership. Was driving home through Alabama and all of my lights came on and car started running hot. Had the car towed to McConnell because it was the closest Honda dealer on July 16th. Got a call on the 17th and they were to going to look at it. They called and said it was the turbo, was approved by my warranty company and was work was completed. While they were doing the test drive the temperature gauge was still going up. That was on July 21st. I was told that they need a bay to do the tear down and by they should be able to get it in that week. No communication till the 27th when I asked if work had started on my car. No work had been done yet, said that a tech had been out and they were behind. On the 31st I got a message saying they hoped to start the tear down that day. Not hearing anything, I reached back out. As of August 7th, the tear down had not yet started. At a month without my car I still wasn’t getting answers. On August 16th I was told that the warranty company did not approve my claim. I needed a new engine. It’s a 2017 CRV with 77,000 miles on it. Was told that I should call the warranty company. Asked then who they showed as my warranty company and the person I talked to (a woman) told me American Warranty. I said that wasn’t my warranty company and she said that it was under that umbrella. It was not. Told me that they had to have someone else come out to do the inspection, and since I got my car in Philadelphia it had to be someone from there. The number of blatant lies that I was told on that phone call were insane. I told her to have a tech call me back. No one called me back. My step mom called them to see what was going on since I wasn’t getting anywhere. The person that she talked to said that the claim was denied because they thought that it was fraud. Zero idea where that could have come from. I told my original tech that my mothers name was on the car, I have that in a text along with my warranty companies information that I provided the second day they had my car. So, finally call back with anger in my voice and not taking no for an answer. Magically, my claim was suddenly approved. Given an estimate of August 31st for completion. Called a few days before that and was told my car was ready. Without having received any phone call letting me know that it was. Also, when I called they said they showed a customer balance for the tear down. He was able to get that taken off, but not without letting me know that they have problems with the Honda Care paying the guys. So, if I wouldn’t have said anything, they would have tried to charge me for that. Communication horrible. Awful customer service. Only at the end did I find out that it wasn’t even ran through my warranty, it was run through Honda Care since it was certified pre-owned. Would not ever recommend this place. Also, not that this is on them, but I was coming back from a vacation and had lots of stuff in my car, one being a case of soda. Since it was left in the Alabama heat, of course they exploded and now my backseat is mildewed.
