Car buying fiasco My son bought his first car and I recommend Zimbrick since I am happy with my CRV. Big difference is I bought mine new from Zimbrick Honda and my son My son bought his first car and I recommend Zimbrick since I am happy with my CRV. Big difference is I bought mine new from Zimbrick Honda and my son went to Zimbrick used cars. First he was told it had a 30 day warranty. Then when he bought it they told him it didn’t. So he bought the extended warranty but they didn’t tell him that it didn’t start for 72 days. Ended up the car needed a new battery and battery leads. Worst though, I asked them to check the brakes before he bought it because I thought they sounded funny. Joe said he would and swore he did and said they were fine. Ends up the brake calipers were leaking! Thank God we caught the problem before my son lost brake function! Now the check engine light is coming on. My son has had the car 25 days! Shame on you for taking advantage of a young man buying his first car! How would you feel if someone treated your kids this way? More

A call would be nice. I ask for inspection and confirmation the rear end accident did not severely compromise structure, since I use the towing capabilities often. If so, I was told this could possibly take longer than two days, if extenuating repairs are found. I would have like a courtesy call on the second day rather than me reaching out to confirm an estimated complete time, if I need to extend my car rental for extra days, how long I need to remain in the office, etc. Aside from replacing the bumper cover, it was suppose to be assumed structural integrity was unaffected? There was no follow up, I had to ask. More
