I went in for an alignment, the first thing that irritated me was on the phone when making the appointment he asked me "Why do you think you need an alignment" like I don't know my own car. Then a irritated me was on the phone when making the appointment he asked me "Why do you think you need an alignment" like I don't know my own car. Then after I get there for my appointment, the tables have been turned, they are now "estimating" my repairs. They offered me a car wash, and couldn't even give me one because of my antennae. Thanks for the tease. I waited patiently for them to "estimate" my repairs. Tom came out after an hour and told me that I need new tie rods, bearings, ball joints and cv boots for a running total of 1,350.00. My car has 207,000 miles on it, thats rediculous. I dont want my car in tip top shape, I just want it to run. They are just waiting for the next person to rip off. I will never go there again. More
very clean service area and waiting room, very friendly/helpful employees, very fast service, free wash, appointment times adhered to (a plus)... free ride if required, anything is 'expensive' now friendly/helpful employees, very fast service, free wash, appointment times adhered to (a plus)... free ride if required, anything is 'expensive' now days (but no more or less than any other dealer) but the quality of work is exceptional! I cannot say enough good things about the quality of service we have received from the Zimbrick Honda Service department. They have always, for many years now, been phenomenal! service we have received from the Zimbrick Honda Service department. They have always, for many years now, been phenomenal! More
It took a few scheduled service visits after purchasing my brand new 2002 Honda Insight to get it serviced correctly, but Zimbrick's did the right thing and got their service department up to speed. They a my brand new 2002 Honda Insight to get it serviced correctly, but Zimbrick's did the right thing and got their service department up to speed. They also reimbursed me in full (~$75.00) for the third scheduled service. I am now very confident and pleased with the Service Department, which is "the other half" of vehicle purchases. If the Service Department fails, as most do, the dealership is worthless in my opinion. But, Zimbrick Honda has always been excellent in servicing our Prelude and Accord, and now my Insight. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area who is interested in buying a Honda and having it serviced well. More
When I went to purchase a Honda CRV, they told me that I had to put a $500 deposit down, wait three months and then pay sticker price. I ended up driving 100 miles to Appleton and paying much less than st had to put a $500 deposit down, wait three months and then pay sticker price. I ended up driving 100 miles to Appleton and paying much less than sticker two weeks later. I went back to Zimbrick last year to test drive an Odyssey and a Pilot. When I drove my CRV to the lot, the salesman asked me where I bought it and asked "Why not?" when he found out I didn't purchase it there. He was clearly irritated about it. While waiting to test drive the vehicles with my wife and small children, he looked at me and asked, "You're not going to buy (your vehicle) here, are you?!" If that were not reason enough to go elsewhere, they were selling both vehicles at sticker price with a down payment and a several month wait. I am continually amazed with what car buyers in Madison tolerate from their dealerships. More
