Dedicated to working with you I brought in my Honda Pilot to find out why it was making weird noises. While checking in, they listened to what I was saying, asked clarifying quest I brought in my Honda Pilot to find out why it was making weird noises. While checking in, they listened to what I was saying, asked clarifying questions and took good notes for the technician. It was also noted that a recall had just went out for the Pilot and let me know they could also fix it that day. The technician was able to identify why I was hearing a vibration on acceleration, but not on the clunking sound I was also hearing. I took a ride with the technician and was able to replicate the sound and she had an idea of where to look. Both issues required an expensive fix. The recommended an alternative fix to help financially on one of the issues and gave me recommendations on the other. I appreciate the honesty. Great people to work with. More

It was a new model and I was a bit hesitant about it's long term reliability, but we loved all the features in a small package. The Fit has turned out to be one of the best cars we've ever owned. Jeff Bauhs has been my service rep on the Fit and our 2008 Honda Odyssey since they were new from Zimbrick. Nichole was my rep this time as Jeff was on vacation. Your service department is top rate and I believe it's all the people involved on your team that make it so great. I've never had to return when work has been preformed on any of our Hondas. Keep it up ..I'll be back ! More

Found the right vehicle I drove a now discontinued model of Infiniti that was unfortunately totaled by a rear end collision. I never once felt pressured to work with zimbrick, I was actually surprised when Gregg reached back out to let me know he found something I might be interested in.
