She came to ask me about the trim package I had requested as she found the lesser trim package had what I specifically wanted and would save me money as I wasn't going to be purchasing a trim package with options/accessories I didn't need or care about. When I initially spoke with Lisa I told her my three must-haves for my new car, and the models I was thinking of. She went above and beyond and brought over a few different makes/models for me to look at and test drive in addition to the specific models I mentioned. As a first-time car buyer, I was completely satisfied with the (unexpected) process of buying a car and a large part of that is due to Lisa's honesty and professionalism. I've already referred coworkers to her, and hope to work with her again for future car purchases. More

install trailer hitch wiring I purchased my CRV in December 2017 and added a trailer hitch. In October 2018 I purchased a used kayak trailer that I was going to pick up on a Satu I purchased my CRV in December 2017 and added a trailer hitch. In October 2018 I purchased a used kayak trailer that I was going to pick up on a Saturday. On Thursday (2 days before picking up the trailer) I wanted to make sure my hitch was all set for pick up and noticed I didn't have any wiring. I called and left a message for service to call me. Less than an hour later Stephen Pelletier called me back. I explained the situation with him and he took control. He made the service appointment for the next day (Friday) and got with sales on the wiring. Come to find out I paid for the wire harness but it was never put on. We received a call the next day from our salesman Chris Ramsey that service was going to fix a door ding and fill our CRV up with gas. THANKS to Stephen for acting on my problem and Chris for getting back to us. We love our CRV. More
