A bit upsetting I brought my car in for maintenance on a Monday night and car was supposed to be done Tuesday but something was broken while doing the maintenance whi I brought my car in for maintenance on a Monday night and car was supposed to be done Tuesday but something was broken while doing the maintenance which I get happens and was covered. I then had to wait another day, cancel plans, and find a ride for Tuesday which I made happen. Going to pick up the vehicle, I requested reimbursement for something that was misunderstood when the car was brought in (all was fine, some of it was indeed taken care of so I let it go) and when I walked out to get my vehicle, it was face to face with another vehicle(a saab) touching bumper to bumper on the front end because someone pulled it in so far. I understand things happen but this made me feel like my vehicle was "just another car" and I honestly feel bad for the other person as I had a license plate and they did not. More

Prompt, Understanding and wonderful to work with I was looking for a new car and i came across the add on their website. i went into the showroom just for some information and within an hour i walked I was looking for a new car and i came across the add on their website. i went into the showroom just for some information and within an hour i walked out with deal in hand.
