Robert, our sales person was patient, let us figure out the best option for our needs and helped us make decisions by asking great questions of our driving needs now and in the future. No pressure and perfect service. Likewise, when we asked about tire options beyond what was on the vehicle, Tom, our service rep, stepped in with great advice. His email was perso Purchased a 2018 Accord Touring 2.0T, started the process with an email to internet sales, Jared responded promptly with a quote. His email was personal and he followed up on my questions without hesitation and without pressure. We set up a date to meet and discuss the Accord, on my schedule, still no pressure. Once I arrived at the dealership I was immediately greeted even though it was somewhat busy. Later to learn I was greeted by the Sales Manager, Darron. Jared had the vehicle pulled up front ready to look over and take a test drive and talk about the fantastic features in the Accord Touring. I had already driven a couple at other dealerships, it was worth another test run and a refresher on the features (theres are many). We discussed the purchase and we came to an agreement within a short period of time, Jared and Darron were a pleasure to work with during purchase process, and still no pressure to buy or unnecessary add ons, they were offered but I declined and we moved on with the process. Met with the Business Manager Brent, final paperwork was drafted while they worked on getting the vehicle ready for delivery. This process was seamless and quick Brent had it all put together before the vehicle was ready to go. The entire process was even not a process Jared, Darron and Brent made it pleasurable. I would recommend them to anyone. I drove an hour and half to make the purchased based on a several of observations, first contact with Jared, vehicle in stock, no pressure tactics, attentive to needs and answering questions, it felt right for me. On a side note there were three similar Accord Touring's within half hour where I live, sometimes it not about price/negotiations and convenience, but good customer service, which is what Zimbrick Honda accomplished in my opinion. Highly recommend Zimbrick Honda and staff. More
Two visits to get difficult problems resolved. We brought the car in for tires & alignment. All good their. Other issues/problems were pointed out. Some were taken care of as it affected getting a proper alignment. The GM parts (outer tie rods) were replaced, but these had been replaced 12 months and 2 weeks (13,000 miles) before that. Out of GM's 12mo/12K warranty. The other problem was noticed the day we took the car after the new tires, alignment & tie rods ends were replaced. Knocking front end (rotational) noise while coasting. Brought in 9 days later and diagnosis was front brake pads were cause of the noise. These were recommended for replacement with approx. 3mm left, when tires & alignment were done. Safety was not an issue, so we declined (for cost reasons) at that time. The noise got worse. I removed the front wheel lug nut cover and discovered a broken wheel stud and 3 loose lug nuts. The dealer repaired at no charge and (hopefully) will reimburse us for the cost of a rental car as this was discovered on a Friday night while in route to a holiday event that we didn't make it to because of the front wheel problem. There is no knocking noise now. It got resolved/fixed. They were committed to get it taken care of even with a very busy Monday of other customers requests. More

Dave and Paul save the day!!! After searching for a used car for several weeks to no avail, I found a listing for a low mileage vehicle at Zimbrick Honda at Fish Hatchery. It was g After searching for a used car for several weeks to no avail, I found a listing for a low mileage vehicle at Zimbrick Honda at Fish Hatchery. It was going through the reconditioning process and wasn't available to test drive yet. Paul called my husband on Friday late afternoon as soon as it hit the lot. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to return his call until Saturday morning (ironically I was test driving/doing a mechanic inspection for a vehicle at another dealership which turned out to be a no go). Paul was courteous and apologized that someone was already test driving it. Not wanting to waste our time or get our hopes up, he promised to call me back as soon as he knew whether the test driver was purchasing the car or not. He called quite soon after that, apologizing that the car had been purchased. I was frustrated because this car search was beginning to feel like looking for a needle in a haystack. Talking to Paul about our car search was like talking to an old friend you can trust. He listened to our list of parameters (larger vehicle to accommodate big carseats for kiddos, plenty of legroom up front for 6'4" husband, low mileage, no blind spot issues, staying in our budget). He found the perfect fit for us with a vehicle that hadn't even hit the lot yet! He quickly put me in touch with Dave Moderow, who set up a test drive for me right away. Dave was helpful, friendly and never pushy. I appreciated his laid back approach. He had the car warmed up and ready for me when I arrived. Understanding our legroom situation, Dave encouraged me to drive the car over to our place so my husband (who was home with the kids) could check out the car and see if it was the right fit. I immediately knew this was the perfect vehicle for us but my husband needed a day to think about it. Thank goodness the dealership is closed on Sunday! After a day of rest, husband and I were on the same page. My best friend's husband has owned two of these same make/models. He gave me some good info on this particular vehicle (the only thing that's ever needed to be replaced is the head gasket). I texted Dave and set up a vehicle inspection with our own mechanic first thing Monday morning. It passed with flying colors! And not only that, before the inspection Dave walked me through what the dealership had recently improved on the vehicle which included a new head gasket! They also replaced the front brake pads and rotors and did a few other things to get it "road ready". I can't tell you what a difference that makes in how I feel about this dealership versus the one across the street. Dave also patiently and kindly answered a lot of questions I had about the vehicle itself. When I asked him about the cruise control, he told me to hop in so we could test that particular feature. We just picked up our "new to us" vehicle and we couldn't be happier! Thanks for the outstanding customer service, Paul and Dave!!! More

Carlos has helped my family purchase a few of their cars in the past so after being in an accident and on a time crunch with the insurance rental it was an easy decision to ask for his help. He was very friendly and fast communicating to help me find a great car. Only four stars because upon getting home found a break light out, but they were quick to fix it for me. Thank you! More
